Releasing Plaintiffs means each and all of the following: Class Representatives and each of the other Class Members (regardless of whether that Person actually submits a Claim Form, seeks or obtains a distribution from the Net Settlement Fund, is entitled to receive a distribution under the Plan of Allocation approved by the Court, or has objected to the Settlement, the Plan of Allocation, or the fee and expense application), on behalf of themselves, and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, trustees, predecessors, successors, and assigns, and any other Person acting on a Class Member’s behalf, in their capacities as such.
