Examples of Releasing Plaintiffs in a sentence
Releasing Plaintiffs expressly waive and relinquish any and all rights and benefits that they may have under, or that may be conferred upon them by, the provisions of Section 1542 of the California Civil Code, or any other law of any state or territory that is similar, comparable, or equivalent to Section 1542, to the fullest extent that they may lawfully waive such rights or benefits pertaining to the Released Claims.
For purposes of this paragraph, material modifications include but are not limited to any modifications to the definitions of the Releasing Plaintiffs, the Class and/or Class Members, or Released Claims.
Claims” means all claims and causes of action that Defendants may have against Releasing Plaintiffs and/or Class Counsel, whether known or unknown, whether arising under federal, state, common or foreign law, that arise out of or relate in any way to the institution, prosecution, or settlement of the Litigation or the Released Claims against Defendants.
