If the Regular or Sessional Employee voluntarily leaves the service of the Board within twenty-four (24) months of receiving funding under this program, they will be required to refund a portion of the funding on the following basis: The full amount of the salary plus benefits paid by the Board less an amount equal to one twenty-fourth (1/24) for each full month employed less than the two (2) years from the date of the completion of their apprenticeship program.
