Total Disabled definition

Total Disabled means wholly and continuously disabled by sickness or an accidental bodily injury which prevents one from engaging in any occupation and from performing any work for remuneration or profit.

Total Disabled. - as used 4n this rule means the
Total Disabled means that Mr. Foust was “unable, due to sickness or injury, to engage in any employment or occupation for which [Mr. Foust] is or becomes qualified by reason of education, training, or experience.” (AR 1333.)
