RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE OF SERVICES. 10.1. While using Services it is prohibited to: 10.1.1. breach this Agreement, other applicable supplements, agreements, legislation, including but not limited to, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing regulations; 10.1.2. use Services for any illegal purposes, including, but not limited to fraud and money laundering; funding of terrorist organizations; unlawful sexually oriented materials or services; counterfeit products; unlawful gambling activities; unlawful purchase or sale of tobacco, firearms, weapons, war ammunition, prescription drugs, other controlled substances; unlawful trade of currency (Forex), binary options or other products prohibited by law; unlawful provision of financial or investment services; 10.1.3. infringe Verifo or Agent or any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy; violate any rights of third parties; 10.1.4. spread computer viruses and undertake other actions that could cause Agent and/or Verifo System malfunctions, information damage or destruction and other damages to Verifo and/or Agent; 10.1.5. conduct your business or use the Services in any manner that is likely to result in or may result in complaints, disputes, reversals, chargebacks, fees, fines, penalties or other liability to Verifo and/or Agent, other clients, third parties or You; 10.1.6. request to perform a transaction or to receive a payment from restricted countries or persons; 10.1.7. provide Verifo and/or Agent with false, inaccurate or misleading information; 10.1.8. refuse to provide Verifo and/or Agent information or undertake other actions that are reasonably requested by Verifo and/or Agent; 10.1.9. refuse to cooperate in an investigation or provide confirmation of Your identity or any information You provide to Verifo and/or Agent; 10.1.10. instruct Verifo and/or Agent to send or receive what Verifo and/or Agent reasonably believe to be potentially fraudulent funds on Your behalf; 10.1.11. reveal any passwords and other Personalized Safety Features to anyone or use anyone else’s passwords and other Personalized Safety Features; 10.1.12. conduct Your business or use the Services in any manner that may cause risk to Verifo and/or Agent. 10.2. If Verifo or Agent believe that You might have breached these provisions, Verifo or Agent may take actions to protect themselves, other clients and third parties. RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE OF SERVICES. 3.1. To use our services, you need a POS printer, a compatible mobile device, and an Internet Connection Service offered by a third-party provider. According to local legislation, you may need other equipment (fiscal printers and the like) offered by a third party. Such third-party providers may charge you for the purchase or use of a mobile device and/or Internet connection to access services. You are solely responsible for paying such costs yourself. 3.2. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you are a natural or legal person acting exclusively for your own commercial or professional purposes and that, at the time of signing these Terms, you are authorized to operate in one or more of the countries we support (the "territories"). The list of territories is published and periodically updated on our website. If you are a natural person, you must be eighteen (18) years old or older to use our services. We can always ask you to provide us with proof of your age. 3.3. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to the rules of the network ("network rules") set by credit institutions, including but not limited to Visa, MasterCard and American Express (together with "card schemes"). The following is a non-exhaustive list of examples of businesses which are outside our risk assessment, you must inform us if any of these become applicable to you (a) businesses or businesses with persons associated with it that are (i) suspected or convicted of financial crime or any other offence or action that carry a reputational risk for incard; (ii) subject to economic sanctions; (iii) highly rated politically exposed persons; (iv) suspected or convicted of terrorism and related offences; (v) knowingly providing false information to incard relating to their identity or business activities; (b) businesses that are: (i) actively involved in crypto or virtual currencies; (ii) traders of precious metals and stones; (iii) operating as a money service business; (iv) involved in banking and similar financial services; (v) active in the betting and gambling industry; (vi) active in trading with unlicensed drugs; (vii) trading in weapons and armaments; (viii) operating bidding fee auctions; (ix) operating unlicensed scrap metal dealership; (x) active as unregistered waste management businesses. 25.3. RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE OF SERVICES. 5.1 Nationals and residents of the USA and Canada are not entitled to receive these Services. 5.2 You must not allow others to use these Services on your behalf, unless expressly allowed in the insurance policy. 5.3 You are not allowed to use the Services in judicial or regulatory proceedings. 5.4 You are not allowed under any circumstances to: (a) use the Services in a manner that might be considered as offensive or may interfere with the use by anyone else; (b) disable, circumvent or tamper with our security systems; (c) attempt to disable, circumvent or tamper with any of the restrictions when copying or duplicating any contents accessible through our Services; (d) attempt to gain access to any personal data that may be stored in our Services on behalf of other Users; (e) attempt to use the services for purposes other than those set out in these Terms of Use; or (f) upload any data containing viruses or any other harmful computer code(s) restricting the functionality of the Services. 5.5 We do not tolerate any abusive or offensive behaviour.

  • Restrictions on the Fund Neither you nor any beneficiary may sell, transfer, or pledge any interest in your Xxxx XXX in any manner whatsoever, except as provided by law or this agreement. The assets in your Xxxx XXX will not be responsible for the debts, contracts, or torts of any person entitled to distributions under this agreement.

  • Restrictions on Use Tenant shall use the Premises and Landlord’s Equipment in a careful, safe and proper manner, shall not commit or suffer any waste on or about Landlord’s Property or with respect to Landlord’s Equipment, and shall not make any use of Landlord’s Property and/or Landlord’s Equipment which is prohibited by or contrary to any laws, rules, regulations, orders or requirements of public authorities, or which would cause a public or private nuisance. Tenant shall comply with and obey all laws, rules, regulations, orders and requirements of public authorities which in any way affect the use or operation of Landlord’s Equipment and the use, operation or occupancy of Landlord’s Property. Tenant, at its own expense, shall obtain any and all permits, approvals and licenses necessary for use of the Landlord’s Equipment and the Premises (copies of which shall be provided to the Landlord), provided that Landlord shall be responsible for obtaining a certificate of occupancy for the Building generally (i.e., as opposed to a certificate of occupancy for the Premises after the performance of any work by Tenant, which shall be Tenant’s responsibility) and any other permits, approvals and licenses necessary generally for the use of Landlord’s Equipment and Landlord’s Property. Tenant shall not overload the floors or other structural parts of the Building; and shall not commit or suffer any act or thing on Landlord’s Property which is illegal, unreasonably offensive, unreasonably dangerous, or which unreasonably disturbs other tenants. Tenant shall not knowingly do or permit to be done any act or thing on Landlord’s Property or with Landlord’s Equipment which will invalidate or be in conflict with any insurance policies, or which will increase the rate of any insurance, covering the Building. If, because of Tenant’s failure to comply with the provisions of this Section or due to any use of the Premises or activity of Tenant in or about Landlord’s Property, the Insurance Costs are increased, Tenant shall pay Landlord the amount of such increase caused by the failure of Tenant to comply with the provisions of this Section or by the nature of Tenant’s use of the Premises. Tenant shall cause any fire lanes in the front, sides and rear of the Building to be kept free of all parking associated with its business or occupancy and in compliance with all applicable regulations. Tenant shall conduct its business at all times so as not to annoy or be offensive to other tenants and occupants in Landlord’s Property. Tenant shall not permit the emission of any objectionable noise or odor from the Premises and shall at its own cost install such extra sound proofing or noise control systems and odor control systems, as may be needed to eliminate unreasonable noise, vibrations and odors, if any, emanating from the Premises being heard, felt or smelled outside the Premises. Tenant shall not place any file cabinets bookcases, partitions, shelves or other furnishings or equipment in a location which abuts or blocks any windows.

  • Restrictions on Testing If the Engineer will perform commercial laboratory testing under this contract, on any project the Engineer may not perform more than one of the following types of testing: 1. verification testing; 2. quality control testing; or 3. independent assurance testing
