Residents will hone their prioritization skills while integrating information systems into their daily practice, learning Chapter 797 clean room guidelines, drug informational skills when fielding questions from physicians/nurses, staff supervision skills of the medication reconciliation techs, dispensing systems, automation/robotics, clinical documentation, decentralized order entry to ensure safe and appropriate medication therapy for patients. • Toxicology (Kentucky Poison Control Center, 6 months): Participate in interdisciplinary care of toxicology patients, toxicokinetic monitoring, clinical intervention documentation, patient counseling, medication reconcilliation, topic discussions, and delivery of journal club and patient case presentations to physician, pharmacist, and nursing staff at Kentucky Poison Control Center. Residents, in order to obtain a certificate of PGY2 Emergency Medicine completion, must have successfully completed and provide documentation of the following:

Staffing Commitment. As described in Appendix I, US Airways will staff a Sales Force who will provide Sales Services to GI-Inc under this Agreement.
Staffing Commitment. A. In view of the need for security clearances and continuity of investigators, all personnel detailed to the JTTF should be expected to be detailed for a period of at least two (2) years. This MOU imposes no maximum limit as to the time that any individual may remain a member of the JTTF. All non-FBI members of the JTTF must adhere to the same rules and regulations as FBI employees with regard to conduct and activities while in FBI space, while operating FBI vehicles, and while conducting JTTF business. All Task Force members detailed from other federal agencies are responsible for maintaining an appropriate case load, as directed by JTTF management. B. All investigators detailed to the JTTF will be designated either full-time or part-time. The operational needs of the JTTF require that any assignments to special details or duties outside of the JTTF to full-time JTTF members be coordinated with the FBI JTTF Supervisor. Though each JTTF member will report to his or her respective Participating Agency for personnel matters, he or she will coordinate leave with the JTTF’s FBI JTTF Supervisor. C. During periods of heightened threats and emergencies, the JTTFs may be expected to operate 24 hours per day, seven days per week, for extended periods of time. To function properly, the JTTF depends upon the unique contributions of each Participating Agency. Accordingly, during these periods, each Participating Agency member will be expected to be available to support JTTF activities.
Staffing Commitment. The BLM is committed to employing a professional CR Staff. In hiring new, full time professional staff, the BLM will follow Section 112(a)(1)(B) of the NHPA and select candidates that meet the Secretary of the Interior’s Professional Qualifications Standards or the education and experience standards called for by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. FMs shall ensure the availability of cultural resources expertise at the Field Office level. Field Offices that do not have the services of a BLM Cultural Resources professional, either on staff or through arrangement with another BLM administrative unit, shall consult with the SHPO on all undertakings. BLM’s student training programs may be used to recruit new staff to assist the full time Cultural Resource Staff in the Field Office but the trainees shall not perform professional duties without appropriate direct oversight by qualified professional CR Staff.
Staffing Commitment. Staffing for the Phase 2 Development Services will be (a) provided by Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx De La Xxxxx, and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx (as RES employees), (b) include the following independent contractors: JBE, LLC (“Balobeck”), Cumming Management Group, Inc. (“Cumming”), and Leighton Consulting, Inc. (“Leighton”), and (c) such other employees designated by RES or subcontractors approved by CRA. Details regarding the specific responsibilities of Balobeck, Cumming, and Leighton are set forth in the applicable Approved Agreements (as defined below).

  • Service Commitment Newly hired nurses and currently employed nurses who voluntarily choose to relocate and receive a relocation allowance may be required to serve for a minimum of two years at their base before they will be considered for transfer to another base. This commitment will not apply when the employer and nurse mutually agree to waive it and when relocation occurs as a result of layoff/rehire.

  • Additional Commitments The Parties may negotiate commitments with respect to measures affecting trade in services not subject to scheduling under Article 106 (National Treatment) or Article 107 (Market Access), including those regarding qualifications, standards or licensing matters. Such commitments shall be inscribed in a Party's Schedule.

  • Time Commitment The Advisor shall, and shall cause its Affiliates and their respective employees, officers and agents to, devote to the Company such time as shall be reasonably necessary to conduct the business and affairs of the Company in an appropriate manner consistent with the terms of this Agreement. The Company acknowledges that the Advisor and its Affiliates and their respective employees, officers and agents may also engage in activities unrelated to the Company and may provide services to Persons other than the Company or any of its Affiliates.
