Vacation of Premises. 9.1 If you are vacating your premises, you must notify us of the date which you intend to vacate (or did vacate) and provide us a forwarding address for your final bill.
Vacation of Premises. Tenant shall vacate the Premises at the end of the Term. If Tenant fails to vacate at such time there shall be payable to Landlord an amount equal to one hundred fifty percent (150%) of the monthly Base Rent stated in Section 1.1.8 paid immediately prior to the holding over period for each month or part of a month that Tenant holds over, plus all other payments provided for herein, and the payment and acceptance of such payments shall not constitute an extension or renewal of this Lease. In event of any such holdover, Landlord shall also be entitled to all remedies provided by law for the speedy eviction of tenants, and to the payment of all attorneys' fees and expenses incurred in connection therewith.
Vacation of Premises. Upon vacation of the Premises, Resident shall remove ALL PERSONAL PROPERTY, except the furniture provided by Landlord, including trash, debris, mattresses, box springs, and all other personal property, and leave the Premises in a clean condition and free of damages. Resident shall be responsible for the cost to Landlord to remove all trash, debris, and personal property left in the Premises upon vacation, at a minimum cost to Resident of Fifty Dollars ($50) payable to Landlord. If any personal property that is clearly not trash or other discarded property is left in the Premises after the Lease Term has expired and delivery of possession to Landlord has occurred, Landlord shall consider such property abandoned and as such, Landlord shall have the right to dispose of the property within twenty-four (24) hours after written notice to Resident and expiration of a ten (10) day period. During this period Landlord will store such property at a minimum cost to Resident of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25) per day.
Vacation of Premises. The Hirer is responsible for supervising any children taking part in an activity until they are collected by a responsible adult. Emergency Evacuation All hirers should be aware of the emergency evacuation points from the part of the building they are hiring and the designated assembly points. All hirers should ensure that any other responsible adults are made equally aware of these. In the event of an emergency evacuation the Hirer will be responsible for the evacuation of, and accounting for, all members and staff of the group involved. They should follow the usual emergency evacuation procedures and meet at the designated assembly points. The incident will be managed by the member of school staff on duty and the Hirer should follow the instructions of the incident manager. Following an emergency evacuation, there should not be a return to the building until an ‘all clear’ has been given by the incident manager. In the event of it not being possible to return, once everyone has been accounted for, they should leave the site as quickly as possible. LICENSEE shall peaceably vacate the Premises and every part thereof at the expiration of the term of this License Agreement, or upon the voluntary or other surrender of this License Agreement by LICENSEE or mutual cancellation thereof. LICENSEE shall surrender the Premises to ANAHEIM in the same condition as when received, ordinary wear and tear excepted. LICENSEE at such time shall remove all equipment, temporary structures, and installations, except for fixtures, and repair any damage caused by the installation or removal of such items.
Vacation of Premises. In the event that Allseas vacates the said premises, then this agreement shall be considered terminated from the date of such vacation.

Any event that exceeds the allocated time will incur charges at the hourly rate of the facility, plus any extra time that staffs need to be paid for will be charged to the Hirer of the session. Vacation of Premises. No written notice is required to terminate a lease for term because the agreement automatically ends on the last day of the term. Tenant agrees to vacate the premises at the end of the lease term, including any extension or renewal, or its termination, and promptly return all Landlord’s property and deliver the keys to Landlord. Landlord’s Right to Enter: Landlord may enter the premises at reasonable times and with 12 hours advanced notice, with or without Tenant’s permission to inspect the premises, make repairs, show the premises to prospective tenants or purchasers, or to comply with any applicable law or regulation. Landlord may enter with less than 12 hours advance notice upon specific consent of Tenant. No advance notice is required for entry in a health or safety emergency or where entry is necessary to prevent and protect the premises from damage. Tenant hereby grants the Landlord the right to enter into the premises when tenant has made a maintenance request whether in writing or verbally.
