Vendor Content definition

Vendor Content means all Content that members of the Vendor Group upload, publish, display or make available to others by using the MTIP, and all Content that is published, displayed, distributed or made available by other parties using the MTIP, but excluding Your Content and Threat Samples.
Vendor Content means the content specifically provided by Vendor to be included in the Managed Site.
Vendor Content means any and all Merchandise information, Merchandise warranty information, logos, images, and point of sale materials related to Vendor or the Merchandise offered or furnished by or on behalf of Vendor or Vendor’s agents to Academy or a third party acting on behalf of Academy.

More Definitions of Vendor Content

Vendor Content means Content (whether or not proprietary to Vendor) inputted by Vendor to, or otherwise generated by, its Vendor Account, and/or that is otherwise provided or made available by Vendor to Subscribers of the TOJA App (such as Product descriptions and images, Discount(s) offered, Product pricing and shipping information, Vendor’s trademarks, service marks, brand names, and logos etc).
Vendor Content means, with respect to any Vendor, any and all Content in the Travelport System provided by that Vendor. “(***)” means, as of any time, any air Vendor domiciled in the United States, including without limitation, (***), with whom an Orbitz Domestic Agency has entered into a (***). (***) are (***) as of the Agreement Date. “(***) Fee” means a fee payable to (***) for a (***), as set forth in Attachment A. “(***)” means, with respect to an air Vendor domiciled in the United States, an arrangement in which any Orbitz Domestic Agency (i) enters into a written agreement (***), (ii) receives (***), and (iii) (***). “(***) means any air Segment made through a Travelport System by an Orbitz Domestic Agency on a (***). The number of (***) Segments shall be determined by Travelport based on Travelport’s books and records subject to Orbitz’s right to audit under Section 16.

Vendor Content means text, graphics, names, marks, images, audio or digital files, audio-visual content and all other data, information, marketing and promotional materials and content in any medium, and all copyrights, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and other intellectual property rights therein or related to the Goods, Vendor Services or Vendor Equipment.
Vendor Content means the answers, statements, comments, content, text, data, materials, or other information provided by Vendor through the Questionnaires, including any Evidence (defined in Section 4.4 below). Following Vendor’s completion of and attestation to the answers provided in a Questionnaire, CyberGRX will generate an assessment identifying a ranking of the cyber risk(s) associated with Vendor (an “Assessment”). If Vendor wishes to make the Assessment available to an Authorized Customer (as defined in Section 2.1), Vendor shall authorize such Customer through the Platform. A new Assessment shall be generated to the extent Vendor provides updates or modifications to any answers provided in a previous Questionnaire.
Vendor Content means any Content provided, imported or uploaded to, or otherwise used by you or on your behalf with the NexusConnect Service.
