Vendor Fees definition

Vendor Fees means the fees which a Vendor is required to pay under Section 6 below.

Vendor Fees. A vendor permit is required to conduct sales in Kenosha County Parks. $125 permit fee will be assessed per vendor per day. Related to Vendor Fees

  • Transaction Fees means fees paid or payable by the Service Recipients, which are on market terms, with respect to financial advisory services ordinarily carried out by investment banks in the context of mergers and acquisitions transactions;
