Amendments. 9.1_The Company shall be entitled to have the suppliers/subcontractors make amendments required by the Company in terms of sizes and/or qualities of the Goods and/or services to be supplied. 9.2_If, according to the suppliers/subcontractors, the amendments or modifications mentioned in article 9.1 have consequences on the agreed price, the amount of the contract, the compensation agreed, the date of delivery or the agreed time schedule, the Company shall be informed, in writing, within 3 days from the notice of the desired amendment. If, according to the Company, these consequences as stated by the suppliers/subcontractors are unreasonable in view of the nature and extent of the proposed amendment, the Company shall be entitled to cancel the contract with a written notice to the suppliers/subcontractors. Such cancellation by virtue of this article shall cancel the rights of the parties to compensate for any damage.
Amendments. 1. Upon mutual consent the Parties may introduce amendments to this Agreement.
Amendments. 17.1 Any request by the Borrower to make any amendment to or waive rights granted under the Facility Agreement and/or any other document relating to the Facility, must be sent in writing to the Bank by ordinary letter which shall be signed by the Borrower’s legal representative.
Amendments. Any changes or modifications to this Agreement or its Annexure(s) can only be made by a written amendment mutually signed by the Parties.
Amendments. The Board of Directors has the power to repeal or amend any provision of this Regulation, but such a repeal or amendment will not be in effect, unless in the meantime it is ratified by a special general assembly of members, until the next annual general meeting of members; and if this repeal or amendment is not ratified by a simple majority of votes at this annual meeting, it will cease, but only from that day, to be in force.
Amendments. The Company reserves the right to alter the Standard terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. Similarly, the Company reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time during this contract, in which case it shall notify the Advertiser and/or its Agent three months prior to the effective date of said modifications.
Amendments. These Terms and Conditions may not be amended unless agreed in writing by the Parties.
Amendments. We may from time to time, in our sole discretion, amend the terms of the FHSA and this Declaration, providing that such amendments shall not disqualify the FHSA as a qualifying arrangement within the meaning of Applicable Tax Legislation. We will obtain approval from the necessary provincial and federal authorities if any amendments are made and as required. We will provide you with 30 days’ notice of any amendments.
Amendments. When a booking is altered, a considerable amount of administrative work is created. We regret, therefore, that for every change made to a booking we are obliged to make an administration charge of €30.
Amendments. No IATA dealer, agent or employee is authorized to make any amendment to this Agreement, unless such amendment is in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of IATA.
