GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION. In accordance with the law, it is stipulated that all actions for public liability brought with respect to voluntary public auctions are limited to five years from the auction or sale. French law exclusively governs these terms and conditions of purchase. Any dispute relating to their existence, validity, applicability to any bidder and buyer and their performance will be settled by the competent court in the jurisdiction of Paris (France).
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION. This Agreement is governed by the law of the jurisdiction set out in Table 1 corresponding to the Qlik entity identified therein as the contracting party, but excluding any conflict of law rules or the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is hereby expressly excluded. Any suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be brought before the courts or arbitration boards set out in Table 1 corresponding to the contracting Qlik entity and conducted in the English language. The Parties hereby expressly and irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts or arbitral bodies for the purpose of any such suit, action or proceeding. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, either Party may at any time seek injunctive or interlocutory relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in order to protect any urgent interest of such Party, including, but not limited to, the confidentiality and use restrictions of this Agreement. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION. 13.1 This Charter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.
13.2 The courts of Paris, France, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from or in connection with this Charter (including any dispute regarding the existence, validity or termination of this Charter).
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION. The law applicable in the country where the Supplier’s registered office is located shall apply to the business relationship between the Supplier and the Customer. The courts with jurisdiction over the Supplier’s registered office shall have jurisdiction over any dispute that arises out of or in connection with the business relationship between the Supplier and the Customer that is not resolved out of court, even in the event of a supplemental application, a third party notice or multiple defendants, regardless of the method and terms of payment.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION. These conditions of sale are governed by French law. Any or all disputes relating to the wording, validity and performance that is not settled amicably with the auction house or through the Sale Council will be settled by the court or competent jurisdiction in Paris. According to the law, all liability actions against the auction house or the expert of the sale are limited to five years from the auction.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION. These T&Cs are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these T&Cs will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Angoulême.
