Cancellation conditions. In the event of cancellation by the customer: all cancellations must be notified to the owner in writing. The deposit will be retained by the owner. The owner may demand the balance of the stay if the cancellation is made less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date.
Cancellation conditions. All stays commenced are due in full. Therefore, a premature departure of customers during the rental period cannot give rise to any reimbursement, for whatever reason. Any booking cancellation request must be notified by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the campsite concerned by the booking. The postmark will constitute proof of the date on which the cancellation request is effective.
Cancellation conditions. In case of cancellation, it will be refunded or retained: • Beyond 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all of your down payment. • 59 to 30 days before the arrival date scheduled: 50% of your deposit. Past this deadline or if you do not the campsite will retain all of the amounts paid. All cancellations must be made by registered letter. However cancellation insurance is recommended and covers the breach of contract.
Cancellation conditions. In the case of a written cancella- tion payments made in advance will be reimbursed in full when the cancellation is 60 days prior to arrival, and 50 % between 30 days and 60 days. Under 30 days no reimburse- ment will be made. Under no circumstances is the reservation fee reimbursed.
Cancellation conditions any cancellation must be done with a registered letter only (telephone messages or e-mails are not accepted). IMPORTANT: due to the hazards and uncertainties of the post-office services, only the receipt date (which is the date of signature of the campsite on the receipt of the registered letter) will be used for the calculation of the X to 30 days, or the 30 to 1 days (the post office’s stamp of the date of sending will in no case whatsoever be valid as the date of cancellation). The affiliate must also send: a certificate of employment, a sick leave certificate or documents justifying a medical treatment, a proof of hospitalization, and/or a death certificate. The affiliate must indicate the date and the known or presumed circumstances which have caused the cancellation.
