CANCELLATION INSURANCE. The cancellation insurance is not included in the price. It is optional. It must be paid at the time of the registration. No discount will be given for early departures or late arrivals (general conditions on request). The rates are calculated according to the VAT valid at the moment of printing of this document, in case of a modification of the VAT rate, the latest will be applicable.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE. Any cancellation must be made by registered letter. It is recommended to take (optional) cancellation insurance. It will refund the amount paid for your stay, calculated in accordance with our conditions of hire, or lost days, when arrival or early departure (see prices on contract reservation and cancellation policy). In case of departure out of hours of the office, the pledge will be returned by mail. The cleaning is the responsability of the tenant, the rent must be left in perfect condition inside and with the immediate surroundings. They are accepted within the limits of the capacity of the campsite, or the rent and after agreement of the direction of the campsite by paying a fee and by registering on the register of police. They have to park their vehicle outside of the campsite, have no access to the swimming pool and have to leave the campsite before 10pm.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE. We would encourage you to take out cancellation insurance. If you have to cancel for one of the reasons covered by the insurance contract, you will be reimbursed in full or in part for your stay, as per the conditions set out in the contract, with the exception of the booking fee. CANCELLATION INSURANCE. Optional insurrance can be purchased for 3.5 % of the total price (without the booking fees) at the campsite. If canceled, notify the campsite of your cancellation upon the occurrence of an event pre- venting the departure, by mail or email. If the loss is provided in the terms and conditions of insurance (available from the campsite), notify the insurer within 48 hours and provide all the necessary informa- tion and documentation. To be valid, the insurance must be taken at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE. The possible cancellation insurance suggested on the reservation platform is optional. If the customer so wishes, it is concluded when reservation is made and covers cancellation only according to the terms definied in the insurance contract. The cancellation insurance contract terms are defined in the insurance policy and the general insurance terms referring to it.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE. 13. An optional cancellation insurance for 20€ guarantees you the refund of your payment (deduction made, in every case, of the admin- istrative fees of 46€ and the reservation fees in the following cases: - for any cancellation sent in 1 month before the arrival written in the contract. - for any late justified cancellation sent by recommended confirmation of reception at the latest 15 days before arrival written in the contract. The right of withdrawal of 7 days does not apply to outdoor accom- modation. Therefore, there will be no refunds (excluding cancellation insurance and conditions).
