COMPLIANCE. 34.1 - The Customer agrees to comply fully with all applicable laws including, but not limited to, those related to bribery, fraud, corruption, or international trade, including. "Laws" means all applicable laws, rules, regulations, directives, ordinances, orders, or statutes of the United States of America, England, and other applicable countries and territories, , but not limited to, the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the UK Bribery Act and any applicable anti-bribery Laws of other countries, the U.S. Export Administration Regulations, the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations, the Laws administered by the U.S. Treasury Department Office of Foreign Assets Control and the U.S. Department of State, and the Laws administered by the UK Office of Financial Sanctions lmplementation (OFSI), and the UK Department for Business, EU regulations and sanctions, Energy & lndustrial Strategy (BEIS) and all other applicable international commercial laws. "Bribery" means the offering, promising, giving, or authorising of any payment or transfer of anything of value, directly or indirectly through third parties, to any person for the purpose of influencing any act or decision of such person or securing an improper advantage to assist Company or its Affiliates in obtaining, retaining or conducting business.
