Governing Law. If Your Institution is a U.S. public and accredited educational institution, then this Agreement will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Your Institution is domiciled, except that body of law concerning conflicts of law. You and Apple hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and exclusive venue of the federal courts within the state in which Your Institution is domiciled.
