Evaluation. An overall evaluation (ex-post and ex-ante) of the Protocol to the EC/Seychelles Fishery Agreement was carried out in the summer of 2004 with the assistance of a consortium of independent consultants. The results of the ex-ante and ex-post evaluations are provided under the two following points. The entire evaluation will be soon available on DG FISH website. The main elements of the impact assessment have been studied on the basis of a number of possible scenarios to determine the range of possible economic, social and environmental impacts.
