2023-2024 Contract Year. 1. Each bargaining unit member will receive a two percent (2%) increase in his/her base wage rate for the 2023-2024 contract year. See Attachment “A” for the applicable hourly rates and other wages for the 2023-2024 contract year. 2. Effective at the beginning of the 2023-2024 contract year, each eligible bargaining unit member shall receive one (1) year of service credit on his/her wage scale for service rendered in the Riverside Local School District in accordance with this Agreement. If this additional service credit results in a step increase for the bargaining unit member on his/her wage scale, then the bargaining unit member shall receive the resulting step increase effective at the beginning of the 2023-2024 contract year.

2023-2024 Contract Year. Effective in the contract year 2023-2024, the health plan options offered shall be as agreed upon by these parties, following the recommendation of the HCCCC, and subject to the rules of the carriers. Any plan option with zero (0) participants after open enrollment shall be eliminated unless reinstated by the Health Care Cost Containment Committee. If there is a plus or minus 10% change in enrollment such that the health insurance carriers change their rates for the 2023-2024 year, then there shall be additional open enrollments as soon as possible. Commencing with July 1, 2023, the District’s monthly health care insurance premium will increase over the 2022-2023 amounts by the percentage increase determined by the State Treasurer based on the change in the medical care component of the United States consumer price index, pursuant to MCL 15.563. Any applicable insurance premium less than the 2023-24 District monthly health care insurance premium contribution will be fully paid by the Board and no payroll deductions by Professional Staff will occur, provided that the District’s annual contributions for health care costs for IIPSA bargaining unit members do not exceed the limitations stated within section 3 of the Publicly Funded Health Insurance Contribution Act, MCL §15.561-.569. Any applicable insurance premium more than the District monthly health care insurance premium contribution will be the employee’s responsibility and shall be paid via payroll deduction. For employees working .5 FTE or more but less than full time, the employer contribution shall be prorated for requesting employees. However, in accord with the Early On Special Education Program Decentralization Transition Agreement of July 18, 2002, insurance benefits for part-time employees will include the following without proration: .6 and above hospitalization, dental and vision .5 and below dental and vision

  • Contract Year A twelve (12) month period during the term of the Agreement commencing on the Effective Date and each anniversary thereof.

  • Term of Contract; Contract Extension The Contract will be in effect from the Effective Date (15 December 2016) through 31 December 2018. DAS, in its sole discretion, may extend this Contract for additional terms beyond the original term, prior to Termination or expiration, one or more times for a combined total period not to exceed the complete length of the original term.

  • Contract Duration and Annual Salary 1. The College hereby employs the Administrator in the capacity of Director - Marketing Services, Associate Professor for one year, commencing on July 1, 2024 and terminating on June 30, 2025. The Administrator accepts such employment on the conditions hereinafter set forth, and any applicable provisions of the Board of Trustees Policy Manual. In the event of conflict between Board Policy and this Contract, the Contract shall govern. 2. For the 2024-2025 contract year, the Administrator shall receive an annual salary of $178,054.00 subject to applicable deductions, to be paid in bi-weekly installments as full compensation for all rights granted and service performed under this Contract.

  • Initial Contract Term The Initial Contract Term shall be for two years. The Initial Contract Term shall begin on October 1, 2021, or on the last date the Contract is signed by all Parties, whichever is later. The Contract shall expire on October 1, 2023, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the Special Contract Conditions or Additional Special Contract Conditions.

  • Contract Quarterly Sales Reports The Contractor shall submit complete Quarterly Sales Reports to the Department’s Contract Manager within 30 calendar days after the close of each State fiscal quarter (the State’s fiscal quarters close on September 30, December 31, March 31, and June 30). Reports must be submitted in MS Excel using the DMS Quarterly Sales Report Format, which can be accessed at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/business_operations/ state_purchasing/vendor_resources/quarterly_sales_report_format. Initiation and submission of the most recent version of the Quarterly Sales Report posted on the DMS website is the responsibility of the Contractor without prompting or notification from the Department’s Contract Manager. If no orders are received during the quarter, the Contractor must email the DMS Contract Manager confirming there was no activity.

  • Increment Date for Salary Grid Placement Upon achieving one (1) year of experience, an increment shall be awarded on the first of the month following the month in which the experience accumulation is earned.

  • Extension of Initial Contract Period 31.1 Subject to clause 13 (Price Adjustment on Extension of the Initial Contract Period), the Authority may, by giving written notice to the Contractor not less than three (3) Month(s) prior to the last day of the Initial Contract Period, extend the Contract for such further period as may be specified in the notice. The provisions of the Contract will apply (subject to any Variation or adjustment to the Contract Price pursuant to clause 13) throughout any such extended period.

  • C1 Contract Price In consideration of the Contractor’s performance of its obligations under the Contract, the Authority shall pay the Contract Price in accordance with clause C2 (Payment and VAT).

  • Listing Period Extension The Commission shall be due if the Property is sold, conveyed, exchanged, optioned, or otherwise transferred within _ _ days (“Extension Period”) after the expiration of the Listing Period to anyone with whom the Broker or Agency has negotiated unless the Property is listed, in good faith, with another real estate agency. The term “negotiation” shall include providing information about the Property, showing the Property, or presenting an offer on the Property. All rights under this Section shall terminate upon the expiration of the Extension Period.

  • Date Increment Due Increments shall accrue and become due and payable on the next day following completion of required service as an employee in the class, unless otherwise provided herein.
