Academic Counseling. The departments/divisions involved in the exchange at the home university will provide academic counseling to ensure that the academic courses taken at the host institution are acceptable to the home institution. The host institution will provide course descriptions and syllabi to aid in course equivalency evaluation. Language Opportunities: Both institutions agree to provide students the opportunity for additional language work. Saint Louis University students with language deficiencies may enroll in intensive language courses. Conversely, International Institution students who have English language deficiencies may enroll in ESL courses offered at Saint Louis University through its English as a Second Language Program. It is the students’ responsibility to make the necessary arrangements to enroll for such courses, to pay for such courses and to accommodate any scheduling requirements prior to the regular academic semester.

It is the students’ responsibility to make the necessary arrangements to enroll for such courses, to pay for such courses and to accommodate any scheduling requirements prior to the regular academic semester. Student Duties and Privileges: Students from SLU International Institution will be registered as students of the host institution and will have the same privileges and enjoy the same medical, sports, and other amenities as full-time students of the host institution. They will likewise be subject to the rules, policies, and regulations of the host institution, as well as to the laws of the host country. All students under this agreement shall be subject to the academic and disciplinary regulations and class performance standards as regularly enrolled students at the host institution.
Academic Counseling. Contractor will coordinate with Disabled Students Programs to provide a Master’s level academic counseling intern to offer academic counseling, develop student individual educational plans (IEP), oversee completion of required DSPS paperwork, and provide personal support to TAY students.

  • Training and Professional Development C. Maintain written program procedures covering these six (6) core activities. All procedures shall be consistent with the requirements of this Contract.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Education, Training and Experience Grade 12 and two years' recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

  • Planning The Operating Committee shall implement the transmission system expansion process described in Article 18. The Operating Committee shall review and approve ISO staff assessments of proposed projects that impact transmission capability to confirm that those projects meet all applicable reliability criteria. The Operating Committee shall review and approve the NYS Transmission Plan prepared by the ISO staff and reliability assessments performed using such NYS Transmission Plan, to ensure conformance with the Reliability Rules. The Operating Committee shall review and approve illustrative NYS Transmission System expansion options developed by ISO staff in response to PSC requests. The Operating Committee, at the request of a Committee member, may review the adequacy of cost recovery mechanisms for transmission expansion.
