Acceptance of Students. 1. Based on the request of the university, JAXA will accept single or multiple students from the university as an intern (hereinafter referred to as the “Intern”) under Article 3 Paragraph 2 of the Student Acceptance Implementation Provisions (Regulation 29‐48) of JAXA and conduct guidance for the internship as listed on appendix. 2. The period of internship for the intern shall be conducted within a maximum of 1 year and the total days of the internship shall be a maximum of 10 days. 3. The theme/scope of the internship for any student will be as stated in Paragraph 1 of Article 1 of this agreement and shall not include thesis guidance or other research and school‐related education. Furthermore, the internship will exclude employment‐related contents such as but not limited to JAXA’s internal affairs and operation.

Vendor shall not refuse any student assigned to it, and the refusal to transport any individual student shall be cause for termination of this Agreement, without limitation to any other remedies available to CHCCS. Vendor expressly recognizes that some students requiring special transportation services may be behaviorally or emotionally challenged and that others may have medical conditions requiring close attention to their needs. Vendor shall ensure that its drivers are appropriately trained and prepared to meet the challenges of transporting special needs students and that all students shall be treated at all times with dignity and respect.

Capital University will guarantee admission to Holy Family College students who are in good academic and conduct standing with no application fees to Capital.

Acceptance of Students. (a) Subject to (b) and (c) the Sponsor must accept any Domestic Student who wishes to enrol at the Sponsor’s School, provided that: (i) the student is of an eligible age or otherwise meets any necessary eligibility criteria (as provided for in the Act) to receive education in relation to the Class Levels that the Sponsor is permitted to offer, as specified in the Gazette Notice; or (ii) the Secretary has directed the Sponsor to enrol the student in accordance with the Act; and (iii) accepting the student would not cause the Sponsor to exceed the Maximum Roll for the relevant Year. Acceptance of Students. The program will be open to aIT students in the disciplines of Automation Engineering, Civil Engineering, Information Technology and Telecommunications, and Mechanical and Production Engineering. It will be open to students from MSU who are majors in Civil/Computer / Electrical/Mechanical engineering, Automotive / Computer / Electronic / Manufacturing engineering technology, and Computer Science in the College of Science, Engineering and Technology (CSET). The two institutions agree to nominate for the exchange program only students in good academic standing, maturity, and personal conduct at the time of their nomination. The coordinator of the exchange at aIT (as indicated in this agreement) shall certify in writing to MSU that the students OIT nominates to study at MSU have a sufficient level of English to attend and understand courses conducted in English.

  • Acceptance of AAU You will have accepted an AAU for an Offering if: (a) we receive your acceptance, prior to the time specified in the Invitation Wire for such Offering, by wire, telex, telecopy or electronic data transmission, or other written communication (any such communication being deemed “In Writing”) or orally (if promptly confirmed In Writing), in the manner specified in the Invitation Wire, of our invitation to participate in the Offering, or (b) notwithstanding that we did not send you an Invitation Wire or you have not otherwise responded In Writing to any such Wire, you: (i) agree (orally or by a Wire) to be named as an Underwriter in the relevant Underwriting Agreement executed by us as Manager, or (ii) receive and retain an economic benefit for participating in the Offering as an Underwriter. Your acceptance of the invitation to participate will cause such AAU to constitute a valid and binding contract between us. Your acceptance of the AAU as provided above or an Invitation Wire will also constitute acceptance by you of the terms of subsequent Wires to you relating to the Offering unless we receive In Writing, within the time and in the manner specified in such subsequent Wire, a notice from you to the effect that you do not accept the terms of such subsequent Wire, in which case you will be deemed to have elected not to participate in the Offering.

  • Acceptance of Agreement This Agreement shall not be considered accepted, approved or otherwise effective until the statutorily required approvals and certifications have been given.

  • Acceptance of the Work 19.1 No act of, or failure to act by, the Owner or the OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE during the course of the Work, nor any extension of time for the completion of the Work, shall be regarded as an acceptance of such Work or any part thereof, or of materials used therein, either wholly or in part. Acceptance shall be evidenced only by the Final Payment by the Owner to Contractor. No waiver of any breach of this Contract by the Owner or anyone acting on Owner's behalf shall be held as a waiver of any other subsequent breach thereof. 19.2 Contractor agrees to guarantee all work under this Contract for a period of one year from the date of Final Payment by the Owner or within such longer period of time as may be prescribed by law or by the terms of any applicable special guarantee required under terms of Owner’s conditional acceptance of elements of the Work the Owner deems marginally substandard. If any unsatisfactory condition or damage develops within the time of this guarantee period due to materials or workmanship that are defective, inferior, or not in accordance with the Contract, as reasonably determined by the Owner or the OWNER’S REPRESENTATIVE, then the Contractor shall, when notified by the Owner or OWNER’S REPRESENTATIVE, immediately place such guaranteed Work in a condition satisfactory to the Owner or OWNER’S REPRESENTATIVE. Such guarantee shall be in addition to any implied warranty under law or other manufacturer’s or product supplier’s warranty. The provisions of this Article apply to Work done by Subcontractors as well as to Work done by direct employees of the Contractor, and are in addition to any other remedies or warranties provided by law.

  • Acceptance of Orders Orders received by the Representative from the Selected Dealer will be accepted only at the price, in the amounts and on the terms which are set forth in the Company's current Prospectus, subject to allotment in the Representative's uncontrolled discretion.
