ACCESS FOR REPAIRS. Tenant hereby agrees, requests, and authorizes Landlord to allow maintenance contractors and personnel to check out a key from Landlord to gain access to Premises to make necessary repairs during normal business hours unless otherwise agreed upon with Tenant and contractor. Tenant further agrees that at the time Tenant requests repairs that proper and sufficient notice to gain access to the Premises to make all necessary repairs has been received.

The Tenant shall permit the Lessor at all times on reasonable notice, to enter and carry out repairs, renovations, maintenance or alterations to the Premises or to any part thereof or to the Common Area or any part thereof in compliance with the Lessor’s Obligations under the provisions of this Lease or otherwise deemed necessary or desirable by the Lessor, provided always that in the exercise of any such power no undue inconvenience or damage is caused to the Tenant.
ACCESS FOR REPAIRS. 15.1 THE Tenant shall permit the Landlord and the Landlord's employees and contractors at all reasonable times to enter the premises to carry out repairs to the premises or adjacent premises and to install inspect repair renew or replace any services where the same are not the responsibility of the Tenant all such repairs inspections and work to be carried out with the least possible inconvenience to the Tenant.
ACCESS FOR REPAIRS a) You shall, after at least 24 hours written notice, allow officers of the Council, or its agents, to enter the property for the purposes of inspecting the state of repair or to carry out necessary repairs or to service appliances. If you do not allow us entry the Council may apply to court to gain an injunction or possession order (and you may have to pay the Council’s costs of the action). If you do not allow entry the Council will regard the servicing of gas appliances as an emergency.

(Initials) When TENANT(s) request service or repairs, part of the notification process includes proper and sufficient notice (may waive the 24 hour requirement with TENANT(s) agreement) for GBPM or designated workmen or contractor access to PROPERTY. With TENANT(s) agreement, GBPM shall check out a key to maintenance contractors and personnel for the sole purpose to gain access during normal business hours.
