Access to Personal Files. Employees have access to their personal files in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Act 1993.

Access to Personal Files. (a) Each employee shall be given a copy of her evaluation upon request. Letters of reprimand will be removed from the employee's record, one (1) year from the date of reprimand.

Access to Personal Files. Upon written request to the Administrator, an employee shall have an opportunity to view his personal file, for the purpose of reviewing any evaluations or formal disciplinary notations contained therein, in the presence of his Supervisor.

An Employee may have access to her own file in the administration office, the day after a request to the supervisor.
