Acting in Higher Grade. 5.5.1 Except as provided in 5.5.2, employees whose TRP is less than $83,139 (as adjusted by CPI for each year of this Agreement) who are required to act in a higher position, will receive the following payments: • For a period longer than two weeks, an additional 10% of their own TRP; • For a period longer than eight weeks, the higher of 10% of their own TRP or 85% of the salary applicable on appointment to the higher position; • For a period longer than twelve weeks, 100% of the salary applicable on appointment to the higher position. 5.5.2 Work Group Leaders required to act in a position of Team Leader or Team Manager will be paid the following: • For a period longer than 1 week the higher of an additional 10% of their own TRP or 85% of the salary applicable on appointment; • For a period in excess of twelve weeks, 100% of the salary applicable on appointment. Provided the acting payments in 5.5.1 and 5.5.2 are not higher than the salary applicable on appointment to the higher position and that where payments are based on the position (eg 85% or 100%), the conditions relating to the remuneration for the position will also apply.

Acting in Higher Grade. 14.5.1 In recognition of competency based progression up to the specified progression limits in each competency stream, no payment for acting in higher grade will be applicable for performance of any competency (irrespective of the qualification level of any competency) that is acquired in connection with competency based progression up to the progression limit. For example, where competency based progression is available, no acting in higher grade is applicable for the performance of any competency up to this level. 14.5.2 As a transition arrangement the payment of acting in higher grade referred to in 14.5.1 will continue to apply on an individual basis to existing employees at the time of certification of this Agreement, only up until such time as each employee's initial competency assessment occurs. The amount of acting higher grade pay for the period between certification and the competency assessment will then be deducted from any amount due to each employee for translation to the competency levels shown in 14.1 - Classification Streams, provided the amount deducted for acting in higher grade pay is for performing skills within the competency progression range and the amount for any period of acting in higher grade does not exceed the employees competency translation level. 14.5.3 Where an employee performs any higher duty beyond the competency progression limit for a period in excess of one week (5 days), payment of the minimum rate at the appropriate level will apply for the entire period, except where an employee acts in a position of Work Group Leader, they will be paid acting in higher grade pay on a daily basis. 14.5.4 Employees who, at the time of certification of this agreement, have received acting in higher grade pay continuously in excess of one (1) year will be appointed to that rate of pay, provided that: i) the employee meets the essential requirements of the higher grade role; ii) the higher grade role is within the competency based progression limits within the relevant competency stream; iii) the employee will use their best endeavours where required by RIC to obtain any additional competencies consistent with the requirements (within the relevant competency stream) of the higher grade pay level.

  • Credit Quality The Fund has invested at least 80% of its Managed Assets in Municipal Obligations that, at the time of investment, were rated within the four highest grades (Baa or BBB or better) by at least one NRSRO or were unrated but judged to be of comparable quality by the Investment Adviser.

  • Rating The Notes can be issued without the requirement that they have any rating from a nationally recognized statistical rating organization.

  • Categories All personnel of the Logistics & Supply Business Unit, within the following work categories and in classifications as enumerated in Article 8.03, are covered by this Agreement. Nothing in this agreement prevents an employee from performing either on a day to day or regular basis, any function or task that is generally performed by any category, provided that the employee is competent to perform the work required. Any efficiencies attained out of this flexibility is not intended to eliminate a category.

  • Industry Ratings The City will only accept coverage from an insurance carrier who offers proof that it: a. Is authorized to do business in the State of Kansas; b. Carries a Best's policyholder rating of A- or better; and c. Carries at least a Class VIII financial rating; or d. Is a company mutually agreed upon by the City and Consulting Engineer/Architect.

  • Grades At the end of each semester, students shall receive a final grade report that shall become a part of their permanent record. The College District’s grading system shall apply to all courses: A (90-100) - Excellent B (80-89) - Good C (70-79) - Average D (60-69) - Poor F (Below 60) - Failure I Incomplete Q Dropped W Dropped Due to Good Cause or Withdrawal from College CR Credit P Pass NP Not Passing FS Academic Fresh Start I - Incomplete: indicates that the coursework was incomplete because of serious illness or other justified emergency. The instructor shall change the grade of “I” to a grade based on the work completed for the course in addition to the work specified in the course completion contract. All incomplete work shall be completed within 90 days of the start of the next long semester. Failure to complete the work specified in the course completion contract shall result in a grade of zero, which shall be factored into the final grade calculation with appropriate weighting relative to other course grades.

  • Grade The employee's grade level. (1-15)

  • Ratings No “nationally recognized statistical rating organization” as such term is defined for purposes of Rule 436(g)(2) (i) has imposed (or has informed the Company that it is considering imposing) any condition (financial or otherwise) on the Company’s retaining any rating assigned to the Company or any securities of the Company or (ii) has indicated to the Company that it is considering any of the actions described in Section 7(c)(ii) hereof.
