Additional Shifts. Part-time Employees who wish to work additional hours shall so indicate in writing to the Employer. When additional hours are available, the Employer will offer such additional hours to Regular Part-time Employees on an equitable basis. If all available shifts are not filled, then Casual Employees may be assigned shifts as equitably as possible.
