Advanced Education Pay. Nurses holding a BSN degree will be compensated three percent (3%) above their Appendix A rate and nurses holding an MSN degree will be compensated four percent (4%) above their Appendix A rate.

Advanced Education Pay. Nurses who hold advanced nursing degrees will be compensated annually as follows for the highest degree held. It is the responsibility of the nurse to provide the Hospital with documentation of their degree.
Advanced Education Pay. Nurses holding a baccalaureate degree in 12 nursing (BSN or BAN) will be compensated $2.75 per hour and nurses holding a 13 master’s degree in nursing (MSN, MAN or DNP) will be compensated $3.50 per hour.
