Advanced Education Pay. Nurses holding a baccalaureate degree in 24 nursing (BSN or BAN) will be compensated four percent above their Appendix A rate 25 and nurses holding a master’s degree in nursing (MSN or MAN) will be compensated 26 five percent above their Appendix A rate.

Advanced Education Pay. Nurses holding a BSN degree will be compensated three percent (3%) above their Appendix A rate and nurses holding an MSN degree will be compensated four percent (4%) above their Appendix A rate.

  • Continuing Education 24.01 The Hospital and the Union recognize that continuing education is important for all employees and that they have shared interests and responsibilities in ensuring equitable access to it.

  • Required Education (a) The Employer shall provide and fund any Employer required training/education for a Nurse.
