Affordable Rental Housing. The Owner agrees that all residential housing units developed upon the Site up to the maximum of 146 units shall be rental housing, and that no less than 25% of such housing units shall be affordable units qualifying for enumeration under M.G.L. c. 40B, Sections 20-23 (the “Affordable Units”), to ensure that all housing units contained in the Project (both affordable and market rate) count on the Town’s SHI in perpetuity or for the longest period permitted by law. Units must comply with all aspects of the Town's NL SGOD 40R bylaw, including design, landscaping, lighting and pedestrian and cycle-friendly measures. In addition, not less than 8% of the housing units shall be affordable to a qualifying household earning 60% or less of the area median income (“AMI”), with the remainder of the Affordable Units to be affordable to those earning no more than 80% of AMI.

In addition, not less than 8% of the housing units shall be affordable to a qualifying household earning 60% of the area median income (“AMI”), with the remainder of the affordable units to be affordable to those earning 80% of AMI.
Affordable Rental Housing. Developer shall construct and lease not less than fifteen percent (15%) of the total residential units in the Project as Affordable Rental Units, in the proportions and with the characteristics set forth in Article 4.3. The Affordable Rental Units shall be constructed on-site and reasonably dispersed throughout the development and in no event shall the number of Affordable Rental Units amount to fewer than twenty-four (24) total units.
Affordable Rental Housing. Lessee shall provide and maintain affordable rental housing for persons earning sixty percent (60%) or less of the median household income in the City. All units must house or be used to benefit households earning sixty percent (60%) or less of the median household income in the City.

  • Procurement and Property Management Standards The parties to this Agreement shall adhere to the procurement and property management standards established in 2 CFR 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, and to the Texas Uniform Grant Management Standards. The State must pre-approve the Local Government’s procurement procedures for purchases to be eligible for state or federal funds.

  • EDUCATIONAL IMPROVEMENT A leave of absence without pay of up to one (1) contract year may be granted to any employee, upon application, for the purpose of engaging in study at an accredited college or university reasonably related to professional responsibilities.

  • Housing The receiving institution will guide incoming mobile participants in finding accommodation, according to the requirements of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education.
