Agency ExecutivesAgency representative at the executive level. Agency CENTURION RMS Administrator - The representative from each agency responsible for the day-to-day configuration and maintenance for that agency’s CENTURION RMS Domain, end- user hardware and software, and their connection to the CENTURION RMS. This role will have oversight of that agency’s RMS needs and represent the agency within the Consortium. CENTURION AGENCY - Consortium agency member that is not the host. The agency will have its own Centurion RMS domain as defined by NICHE.
Agency Executives. The UC will coordinate with designated Agency Executives (who are not part of the UC) from the Participating Agencies to ensure the Objectives of this Agreement are met and each Participating Agency’s cessation points are achieved (see Sections S and T) at the MC-20 Site. These Agency Executives will be designated on the ICS 207. Strategic project management tasks and objectives identified during the periodic meetings between the UC and the Agency Executives will be documented as a Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM), which will be maintained by the IMT’s Documentation Unit Leaders (DOCL) or the PSC for incorporation into UC objectives. The Participating Agency Executives agree to establish short-term and long-term timetables and milestones to assist the strategic planning necessary to meet the Objectives of this Agreement. Within 60 days of signing this Agreement, the Agency Executives, in cooperation with members of the UC, will establish key timetables and milestones for a five-year rolling period consisting of the current fiscal year (FY) plus four additional fiscal years (FY+1, FY+2, FY +3, and FY+4). This information will be memorialized and periodically updated. The UC will engage with the Participating Agencies to track and report on the established short- and long-term milestones and corresponding timetables. As further described in Section N below, Agency Executives also are available for resolution of disputes that may arise within the UC.

In accordance with Section 2254.033 of the Texas Government Code, a Contractor providing consulting services who has been employed by, or employs an individual who has been employed by, System Agency or another State of Texas agency at any time during the two years preceding the submission of Contractor’s offer to provide services must disclose the following information in its offer to provide services.   • Employment of Consultants Part A General Consultants’ services shall be procured in accordance with the provisions of the Introduction and Section IV of the "Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers" published by the Bank in January 1997 and revised in September 1997 (the Consultant Guidelines) and the following provisions of Section II of this Schedule.   • EMPLOYMENT POLICY 5.01 The Union and the Employer will cooperate in maintaining a desirable and competent labour force. The Employer will notify the Union of manpower requirements giving as much prior notice as possible. The Union will provide a list of manpower available. The Employer at its discretion may hire employees so listed or from other sources. 5.02 The Employer has the right to hire new employees as needed, provided that no new employee(s) will be hired while there are qualified, available employees who are laid off due to lack of work. An employee hired for a specific project outside the free travel zone shall be deemed as a local hire and will not be entitled to paid travel time or related expenses while working on that project. 5.03 To assist in the efficient placement of appropriately skilled members it is agreed that the Employer will inform the Union Office of members who are laid off and when employees are hired whether from the Union list or from another source. Laid off members are also required to notify the Union of their status. 5.04 New employees shall serve a probationary period of ninety (90) calendar days (3 months). During the probationary period, the Employer may terminate a probationary employee at its sole discretion provided it is not motivated by bad faith. Probationary employees are covered by the Agreement, excepting those provisions which specifically exclude such employees. During probation, all terms and conditions of the Collective Agreement apply amended as follows: a. A probationary employee who is a licensed journeyman may be paid one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) less than the journeyman rate during the probation unless the parties agree otherwise or where the employee is hired through the Union’s Employment Assistance Service. b. Probationary apprentices shall be paid a percentage of the journeyman probationary rate during probation unless the parties agree otherwise or where the employee is hired through the Union’s Employment Assistance Service. 5.05 The Employer may contract out electrical work provided it does not result in the layoff of electricians in the bargaining unit.

  • Employment Policies The employment relationship between the parties shall also be governed by the general employment policies and practices of the Company, including those relating to protection of confidential information and assignment of inventions, except that when the terms of this Agreement differ from or are in conflict with the Company’s general employment policies or practices, this Agreement shall control.

  • Terms of Employment This Section 2 sets forth the terms and conditions on which the Company agrees to employ Executive during the period (the "Protected Period") beginning on the first day during the Term of this Agreement on which a Change of Control occurs and ending on the second anniversary of that date, or such earlier date as Executive's employment terminates as contemplated by Section 3.

  • Employment Termination 12.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of the National Building and Construction Industry Award 2000, it is agreed that it is the company’s prerogative to determine the order of selection of employees for employment or retrenchment subject always to the following: a) All relevant legislation governing unfair dismissal, discrimination, etc. will be observed; b) Voluntary terminations will be encouraged as a first step; c) The seniority of employees – within classifications, experience or skills held – will be considered by the company in selecting employees for retrenchment; d) The Grievance Procedures set out in Clause 9 of this Agreement will apply in the event of any concerns arising regarding retrenchments.

  • Employee Termination A) Regular employees other than those serving a probationary period, shall give twenty-eight (28) calendar days written notice of termination to a representative designated by the Employer with the authority to accept such written notice. B) In addition to the twenty-eight (28) calendar day notice, regular employees in positions above the level of general staff nurse shall inform the Employer of their intention to terminate as soon in advance as possible. C) The period of notice as set forth in (A) above must be for time scheduled to be worked and must not include accrued vacation, unless such vacation has been previously scheduled and approved in accordance with Article 45.03 -

  • EMPLOYMENT TERM AND COMPENSATION A. The Board hereby employs the Employee with such powers and duties as may be fixed by the Board. B. The Board shall pay to the employee a salary of $1,924 per bi-weekly pay period ($50,017 Annualized), for the term commencing on 10/11/2021 and ending on 6/30/2022, in installments less any legally authorized deductions as the DBM B32, Social Media Coordinator, Public Relations and Marketing. C. Employee agrees to fulfill the aforesaid position for the period above mentioned. D. The Board shall designate eight and one-half (8.5) percent of the compensation paid to the Employee as the Board contribution on behalf of the employee in satisfaction of the Employee's required contribution to the Illinois State Universities Retirement System. The purpose of this section is to allow such Board contribution for retirement to be tax sheltered after the qualifying period of time has been met and to the extent allowed by the appropriate statutes and regulations. Both parties acknowledge that the Employee did not have the option of choosing to receive the contributed amounts directly, instead of having such contributions paid by the Board to the State Retirement System, and that such contributions are made as a condition of employment to secure the Employee's future services, knowledge and experience.
