The Project Agreement describes at a high level the requirements for each of the elements of the project. • The Public Sector Components include the new Ottawa Art Gallery, the new Black Box Theatre for the University of Ottawa (plus four associated classrooms), an outdoor courtyard and two exterior terraces, new loading docks and elevators in the new building on Xxxxxx Street, a pedestrian network, the repurposing of the existing Arts Court facilities on Xxxx Avenue, the Cash Allowance Projects (defined below) and a portion of the infrastructure upgrades on the site. • The Private Sector Components include a private underground parking structure for the Private Sector Component, the development of certain air rights in the new building on Xxxxxx Street, a portion of the infrastructure upgrades on the site and certain other components located within the Public Sector Component.
