Aircraft Malfunctions. ▪ Renter agrees to neither tamper with nor attempt to repair any part of the aircraft (including equipment and accessories). Renter will contact SLA for instructions on how to proceed in situations where any aircraft equipment or accessories malfunction. ▪ Any maintenance related items that could interfere with the safety of a flight, and squawks found, must be immediately report to SLA staff. All squawks must be immediately reported and noted on the aircraft squawk sheet located on the aircraft dispatch. Any maintenance related action required away from home base requires prior authorization from SLA management.

Aircraft Malfunctions. If, during the course of a rental flight, the aircraft suffers a malfunction, making it unsafe or un-airworthy for either continued flight or the planned operation (night, IFR, ect.), it will be the responsibility of RAM to provide an aircraft and Pilot to return the Pilot and/or passengers to the Healdsburg, (KHES) or (KSTS) airport. RAM will not be responsible for incidental travel or other expenses incurred by the Pilot. The Pilot will be responsible for charges incurred prior to the malfunction.
Aircraft Malfunctions. If, during the course of a rental flight, the aircraft suffers a malfunction, making it unsafe or un-airworthy for either continued flight or the planned operation (night, IFR, etc) it will be the responsibility of Bravo Flight Training CO to provide an aircraft and pilot to return the Pilot and/or passengers to the appropriate home airport under CFR Part 91. Bravo Flight Training CO will not be responsible for incidental travel or other expenses incurred by the Pilot. The Pilot will be responsible for charges incurred prior to the malfunction.

In the event that ATI determines, in its sole discretion, that any aircraft malfunction was the result of Damage as defined in Section 7 hereof caused by the Pilot or the Pilot’s use of the aircraft, then the Pilot will be required to reimburse ATI for the costs of recovering the aircraft, correcting the discrepancies, loss of use, and reasonable administrative fees. Under no circumstances will ATI be responsible for travel or other expenses incurred by the Pilot or the Pilot’s passengers, if any, as the result of any aircraft malfunction. ATI is not responsible for providing a substitute aircraft or other means of transportation in the event of an aircraft malfunction. In all cases, the Pilot will be responsible for all costs and charges incurred prior to the malfunction.

The Pilot is not to allow any maintenance work to be performed on the aircraft without prior approval. AHA will not be responsible for incidental travel or other expenses incurred by the Pilot resulting in maintenance delays. It is the Pilot's responsibility to remain with the aircraft until it is safe to return to the Long Beach, CA (KLGB) Airport. At the Pilot’s discretion, AHA will assume responsibility for returning the aircraft. If this occurs, the Pilot will be liable for all aircraft and pilot time incurred by AHA in returning the aircraft to the Long Beach, CA (KLGB) Airport; this will include charges for taxi services and/or the rental charges for another aircraft and pilot to fly out and return both aircraft.
Aircraft Malfunctions. If, during the course of a rental flight, the aircraft suffers a malfunction, making it unsafe or un-airworthy for continued flight the Pilot will contact US Flight Co for instructions on having repairs made or if the aircraft can be abandoned. No aircraft will be abandoned without the authorization of the manager, lead flight instructor, or the owners of US Flight Co. If US Flight Co cannot be contacted and the repair is minor the Pilot may authorize repairs up to 100.00. The pilot will pay for any such repair and be reimbursed when the paid repair invoice is presented when the aircraft is returned to its home base airport. The following responsibilities for the aircraft and return transportation will apply:
