Stakeholder Meetings. The Engineer shall provide support personnel and exhibits for meetings with Stakeholders. The Stakeholders will be determined by the State in cooperation with the Engineer. Exhibits for the stakeholder meetings can be the same as those used for public meetings. The Engineer shall be responsible for handling the logistics of these meetings and providing minutes of the meeting and a list of attendees.

Stakeholder Meetings. The purpose of the stakeholder meetings will be to evaluate the efficacy of the collaborative relationship and review its processes as necessary to improve or correct any procedures/practices and efficiently identify and resolve the issues.
Stakeholder Meetings. Following an appropriate time period for public review, Xxxxx & Xxxxx will meet with key stakeholders or stakeholder groups during the initial task of this process to allow for input from the people who frequently work with and/or use the sign regulations. These initial meetings will be broader in scope.

The ENGINEER will conduct one-on-one or small group meetings with local elected officials, local agency staff, businesses, community organizations such as the Farm Bureau, schools, neighborhood associations, religious institutions, and advocacy groups. For budgeting purposes, it is assumed that up to five (5) virtual stakeholder meetings combined for all three (3) intersections and will be held and will include up two (2) ENGINEER staff. The ENGINEER will be responsible for meeting preparations and meeting summaries.

Stakeholder Meetings. A minimum of three public workshops will be held in the coastal zone to help to educate the public on the Local Coastal Plan Update. The County also intends to increase the accessibility of the workshops to those of low income or disadvantaged communities by providing an online workshop forum and comment opportunity. The email list of interested parties to the Local Coastal Plan Update will be developed. To help educate the public of the Coastal Act requirements the County will be working in partnership with the local Commission staff to schedule the workshops at such a time that Commission staff can attend.
Stakeholder Meetings. Develop survey materials to support stakeholder engagement. Conduct individual key stakeholder and small user group meetings (up to 6). Stakeholder Meetings. The Consultant will work with the City to reach out to safety partners/stakeholders from the contact list developed. A Stakeholder meeting will be hosted, preferably in-person, to allow for two-way communication and feedback on the materials communicated. The meeting will provide an overview of the LRSP process, identify/establish safety goals, objectives, strategies and emphasis areas; inform those present on the results found during the crash analysis, and outline the draft countermeasures and potential solutions. Stakeholders will be utilized for their local insight on the area, any challenges or opportunities they may know of, and their knowledge of “near-miss crashes.” Any potential additions or changes to the recommended countermeasures, based on the feedback received during this meeting, will be discussed with the City. The group will prioritize plans for implementation and be able to review and comment on the draft and final LRSP before recommending approval of the document to be adopted by City Council. Task 1.3 – Field Visits At up to ten identified high collision locations (key corridors and intersections) identified in Task 2, field assessments with City staff will be conducted to collect additional information to better match roadway characteristics with collision activity, allowing the team to diagnose issues and develop systemic recommendations. Deficiencies per the Highway Design Manual and other regulatory and guidance documents will be identified at these locations. The Consultant staff will collect the needed information by providing the City with a list of questions in advance, and will conduct an interview with City staff to finalize the responses.
