Stakeholder Meetings. The purpose of the stakeholder meetings will be to evaluate the efficacy of the collaborative relationship and review its processes as necessary to improve or correct any procedures/practices and efficiently identify and resolve the issues.
Stakeholder Meetings. Alta will work with City of Bend staff to identify key stakeholders along each corridor. Stakeholder Meetings. The Engineer shall provide support personnel and exhibits for meetings with Stakeholders. The Stakeholders will be determined by the State in cooperation with the Engineer. Exhibits for the stakeholder meetings can be the same as those used for public meetings. The Engineer shall be responsible for handling the logistics of these meetings and providing minutes of the meeting and a list of attendees.

Stakeholder Meetings. The next step is to hold a series of five (5) stakeholder engagement meetings. These meetings should be specific for each group. Stakeholder Meetings. ▇▇▇▇ works with Mission and government to ascertain priorities for government commitment. TIFA facilitates USAID/host government engagement to operationalize Partnership Statement through joint agreement on key priority areas for TCGs and corresponding commitments. TIFA deploys TCG development team and administrative quick start-up team to setup country operations (as needed). Activity 1.3.4 Participatory co-design workshops. TIFA supports Mission and host government, along with other key stakeholders to co-design a concept note, identify milestones and verification process, develop budget and milestone payments, and identify conditions precedents to implement agreements in support of the agreed priorities. TIFA will align TCG milestone development with domestic planning and budgeting processes to the extent possible.
