ALP Update Clause Samples

ALP Update. As it is anticipated that a new ALP set will include the new fence line alignment by the completion of this project, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will perform a “pen and ink” update to the ALP set to reflect the modifications made to the airport at the completion of the project. Once finalized, approved, and signed by the FAA and Airport, electronic and hard copies will be returned to the FAA and Airport as requested.
ALP Update. AID will update the Airport Layout Plan Drawings to reflect the changes to the airfield as part of this project. The update will include Sheet 4 - Airport Layout Plan Drawing. The drawing will be submitted to HCAA and the FAA for draft review and comment. A final drawing will be prepared for FAA and Owner signatures. AID will prepare for and meet with the FAA Airports District Office (ADO) representative to identify and facilitate approval of any modifications to FAA standards (such as base course reclamation).
ALP Update. This task includes updating the conditionally approved 2018 Airport Layout Plan based on the results of this planning study. All sheets depicting the elements changed through this planning study will be updated. The FAA Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for FAA Review and Approval of ALPs (ARP SOP 2.00, effective October 1, 2013) will be utilized in the preparation of the ALP update. The ALP set will be prepared in AutoCAD. Coordinates will be shown in NAD 83 datum and elevations in NAVD 88 datum. Deliverables: FAA, MnDOT, and locally accepted (airport sponsor) Planning Study report.

AID will prepare for and meet with the FAA Airports District Office (ADO) representative to identify and facilitate approval of any modifications to FAA standards (such as base course reclamation). Environmental permitting, including the preparation of CATEX documentation and coordination with Fish & Wildlife to meet the NEPA requirements is also included in this scope. AID will assist HCAA by preparing the Airspace Checklist and submitting it to the FAA, via the OE/AAA web portal, in conjunction with a Construction Safety and Phasing Plan (CSPP). AID will submit multiple points and 7460 forms to clearly identify the different elements of the project, including construction staging areas, haul routes, and many specific construction sites for FAA’s review and approval. AID will provide one set of drawings and CAD (and PDF) files of record drawings, corrected to show significant changes made in the work during the construction of the project. Such corrections shall be based upon as built prints, drawings, field sketches and other data furnished to HCAA by the Contractor.
ALP Update a. A “gap analysis” LiDAR survey will be conducted to obtain electronic data with vertical and horizontal information not previously performed. LiDAR will be performed by subconsultant. b. Update the ALP, airspace plan and property map to show construction and include the gap analysis data. A large number of obstructions that will be obtained from the LiDAR survey will have to be added to the airspace plan. Approximately nine hundred (900) staff hours. c. If required by the FAA we will bring the ALP set up to current standards. Additional sheets and other items will be added to the ALP (e.g., taxiway safety areas, new fillets, etc.). This effort requires a significant amount of technician and planner time. Approximately six hundred fifty (650) staff hours. d. Not Included in Scope: If the FAA wants to evaluate AC 150/5300-13A including but limited to the setback of Taxiway A from Runway 14-32 and non-right-angle taxiways that join Taxiway A from the terminal area. Or, evaluating any other site design alternatives options for the terminal, ARFF, etc. ▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇, Inc. is requesting an amendment to our Construction Administration Services Contract for a time-and-expense amount in the sum of an additional Four Hundred Ninety-four Thousand Four Hundred Sixteen Dollars ($494,416.00), as summarized in the attached Construction Engineering Fee (Exhibit S-1.1) for the adjustment to the project schedule.
