Common use of Annual Leave Entitlement Clause in Contracts

Annual Leave Entitlement. All full time employees other than continuous shift workers are entitled to four (4) weeks paid annual leave exclusive of public holidays per year. Part time employees are entitled to annual leave pro rata to ordinary hours worked. By agreement leave may be granted in two or more periods.
