ANNUAL NOTICE TO EMPLOYEES. Unit members shall receive an annual report on September 30th from the County Office regarding the following: 1. Accumulated sick leave 2. Accumulated vacation days J. HEALTH & WELFARE BENEFITS: Effective July 1, 2020 the County Office will increase the health and welfare benefits cap by $500 to $13,510. 1. Full-time equivalency for purposes of mandatory insurance shall be thirty- five (35) hours per week. 2. 125 Flex Spending option will be available through American Fidelity at no charge to employer or employee. If American Fidelity at some later date decides to charge for the service, then parties will open negotiations on fee payment. 3. MCOE will pay $119.00 towards the bargaining unit member’s vision and dental benefits on an on-going, permanent basis.

HEALTH AND WELFARE BENEFITS: Effective July 1, 2018 the County Office will absorb the total increase to health and welfare benefits for 2018-2019 for a full time employee. In other words, the benefits cap will be raised by the 2018- 2019 rate increase. Benefits may not be reopened by either party for 2019-2020 negotiations. 1. 125 Flex Spending option will be available through American Fidelity at no charge to employer or employee. If American Fidelity at some later date decides to charge for the service then parties will open negotiations on fee payment.
ANNUAL NOTICE TO EMPLOYEES. Three weeks prior to the first day of each school year, all incumbent employees covered in this Agreement shall be given a written statement regarding their employment status. Newly hired employee shall be given their written employment status at the time of their employment. The statement shall include (but not be limited to) the following information: Name, job title, hours of work, last date hired, hourly wage rate, program option and site assignment and the dates of employment specific to the program.

If American Fidelity at some later date decides to charge for the service then parties will open negotiations on fee payment.

  • Compensation for Holidays Falling Within Vacation Schedule If a paid holiday falls on or is observed during an Employee's vacation period, she shall be allowed an additional vacation day with pay at a time mutually agreed upon by the Employer and the Employee.
