ANNUAL PROGRAM PLAN. Beginning in FY 2024-25, each Party will annually submit an Annual Program Plan to the other and the SOC for their review on or before April 1 for the subsequent Fiscal Year. The Parties will respectively prepare their Annual Program Plans using a template that they jointly create and approve. In lieu of an Annual Program Plan describing implementation plans for the first Fiscal Year of the Term, each Party will provide, as part of its first Quarterly Progress Report, a summary of Program implementation efforts underway and planned for the balance of that Fiscal Year, including any Additional Program Funding Orders signed between the Parties. Each Party will present their respective Annual Program Plan to the Portland City Council and the Multnomah County Board of Commissioners at Joint Session to be held prior to May 1 each Fiscal Year during the Term.

This plan shall be submitted not later than 30 calendar days following the annual plan review as described in the article entitled "Program Management Planning Process."
ANNUAL PROGRAM PLAN. Operator will turn in annually, a report of goals, activities, and key performance measures annually, in a manner mutually agreeable to both parties. The purposes of this Annual Program Plan are to ensure Facility is used to its full potential and serve the needs of the community. The Annual Program Plan shall be received by April 1 annually. At a minimum, the Plan shall include:  A report on all management policies in place;  Narrative description of proposed use (day to day operations and schedule, listed hours of operation, a complete listing of activities, including classes, special events, community outreach programs, clinics, community workshops, trainings, and other opportunities);  Mutually agreed format for statistics (identified goals, measurable objectives, program descriptions with categorized activity listings, monthly utilization data, demographic data, and program implementation data);  Security plan;  Annual Financial Report with a full summary of operating expenditures and operating revenues.  Annual Inventory (upon attest of Agreement and annually)  Finalized annual calendar of the prior year events and activities; and  Capital Improvement Plan (recommendations for Capital Improvements).
ANNUAL PROGRAM PLAN. 6.4.2.1. The Recipient, with the Government Program Manager's participation and review, shall prepare an overall Annual Program Plan by/within 90 days and annually thereafter. The Annual Program Plan will be presented and reviewed at an annual site review concurrent with the appropriate Bi-Annual Program Management Meetings, which will be attended by the Recipient and the Government Program Manager, as well as other Government personnel as appropriate.

  • Commercialization Plan The JCC will oversee the Commercialization of Shared Products by the Parties in the Field in the Territory. No later than [***] prior to the anticipated launch of the Shared Product in the first country in the Territory, the JCC will develop and submit to the JSC for approval, a Commercialization plan (the “Commercialization Plan”) that sets forth the Commercialization activities to be undertaken by the Parties with respect to the Commercialization of the Shared Product in the Territory. The Commercialization Plan may include activities on a region-by-region or country-by-country basis, as determined by the JCC. The JCC will update the Commercialization Plan on [***] (or more frequently as needed) and submit it to the JSC for approval. The Commercialization Plan will include (a) the Global Branding Strategy, (b) a marketing strategy, (c) a communications strategy that includes plans for public relations, conferences and exhibitions and other external meetings, internal meetings and communications, publications and symposia, internet activities and core brand package, (d) a high level operating plan for the implementation of such strategies on [***], including information related to Shared Product positioning, core messages to be communicated and pricing strategies, (e) a detailing strategy, (f) a pricing strategy, (g) all other material activities to be conducted in connection with the Commercialization of the Shared Product in the Field in the Territory and (h) a budget for activities conducted under the Commercialization Plan (the “Commercialization Budget”). The Commercialization Plan will include a meaningful role for both Parties. In allocating responsibilities between the Parties, the JCC will take into consideration each Party’s expertise, capabilities, staffing and available resources to take on such activities, as well as the Parties’ intention to provide CRISPR an opportunity to build and expand its expertise, capabilities, staffing and available resources in connection with performing Commercialization activities allocated to it. CRISPR shall be the Commercializing lead for Shared Products in the United States and Vertex shall be the Commercializing lead for Shared Products outside of the United States. The Commercializing lead, with respect to the United States or outside of the United States, respectively, shall be referred to herein as the “Lead Commercialization Party” for such jurisdiction (as applicable, the “Lead Commercialization Party” Unless otherwise specified in the Commercialization Plan, the Parties will jointly be responsible for conducting all Commercialization activities outside of the United States, such activities to be determined by the JSC.

  • Marketing Plan The MCOP shall submit an annual marketing plan to ODM including all planned activities for promoting membership in or increasing awareness of the MCOP. The marketing plan submission shall include an attestation by the MCOP that the plan is accurate and is not intended to mislead, confuse, or defraud the eligible individuals or ODM.

  • Research Plan The Parties recognize that the Research Plan describes the collaborative research and development activities they will undertake and that interim research goals set forth in the Research Plan are good faith guidelines. Should events occur that require modification of these goals, then by mutual agreement the Parties can modify them through an amendment, according to Paragraph 13.6.

  • Marketing Plans Contractor and the Exchange recognize that Enrollees and other health care consumers benefit from efforts relating to outreach activities designed to increase heath awareness and encourage enrollment. The parties shall share marketing plans on an annual basis and with respect to periodic updates of material changes. The marketing plans of each of the Exchange and Contractor shall include proposed marketing approaches and channels and shall provide samples of any planned marketing materials and related collateral as well as planned, and when completed, expenses for the marketing budget. The Contractor shall include this information for both the Exchange and the outside individual market. The Exchange shall treat all marketing information provided under this Section as confidential information and the obligation of the Exchange to maintain confidentiality of this information shall survive termination or expiration of this Agreement.

  • Research Plans The Research Plan for the [***] Designated Target is attached as Schedule 2.2.3-1. Subsequent Research Plans agreed upon in accordance with Section 2.4.2.4 will be attached as additional sequentially numbered schedules (Schedule 2.2.3-2, Schedule 2.2.3-3, etc.).
