Annual Rates of Pay. (a) An Employer will pay an adult Employee not less than the rate of pay specified for the Employee's classification in Tables 1A, 1B and 1C of Schedule A - Monetary Rates. The Core Scale of Table 1A applies to all classifications not otherwise referred to. (b) To determine a weekly rate of pay the amount shown as the annual salary shall be divided by 52.14 and rounded to two decimal places. (c) Where there is a difference between the actual rate of pay paid to an Employee prior to the commencement of this Agreement and the amount set out in Tables 1A, 1B and 1C of Schedule A - Monetary Rates, in accordance with sub-clause 17.1(a), the difference shall be paid by the School to the Employee as soon as practicable after the commencement of the Agreement.

  • Rates of Pay (a) Employees shall be paid in accordance with the rates of pay negotiated by the Parties of this Agreement. For information purposes, the applicable rates of pay are recorded as Appendix A to this Agreement. (b) The distribution of paycheques shall be done in such a manner that the details of the paycheque shall be confidential.

  • RATES OF PAYMENT B3.1 Current Contract Rates. Included Timber that is removed by Purchaser and presented for Scaling in the product form stated in A2 shall be paid for at Current Contract Rates determined under this Section. “Current Contract Rates” shall be (a) Flat Rates and (b) Tentative Rates adjusted by the escalation procedures in B3.

  • CLASSIFICATIONS AND RATES OF PAY ‌ 4.1 The classifications of employees covered under this Agreement and the corresponding rates of pay are set forth within Appendix “A” which is attached hereto and made a part of this Agreement. 4.2 Effective December 26, 2018,wages will be increased by .5% plus 100% of the annual average growth rate of the bi-monthly Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue Area Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPI-W) for the period June 2016 through June 2017 to the period June 2017 through June 2018, minimum 1.5% maximum 4%. 4.2.1 Effective December 25, 2019, wages will be increased by 1% plus 100% of the annual average growth rate of the bi-monthly Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue Area Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPI-W) for the period June 2017 through June 2018 to the period June 2018 through June 2019, minimum 1.5%, maximum 4%. 4.2.2 Effective January 6, 2021, wages will be increased by 1% plus 100% of the annual average growth rate of the bi-monthly Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue Area Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPI-W) for the period June 2018 through June 2019 to the period June 2019 through June 2020, minimum 1.5%, maximum 4%. 4.2.3 The base wage rates referenced above will be calculated by applying the appropriate percentage increase to base hourly rates or as otherwise provided for herein.   • Rate of Pay a. An Employee who is employed as a TTOC shall be paid 1/189 of their category classification and experience, to a maximum of the rate at Category 5 Step 8, for each full day worked.

  • Rate of Compensation In lieu of direct compensation for all overtime, shift work and standby (as defined in Articles 16, 17 and 18 of this Agreement), regular full-time employees shall receive a special compensation of 7% of their basic salary earned for each calendar year. This special compensation shall not be considered part of the employee's basic salary for the purpose of calculating any benefits or other premium entitlements.

  • Rate of Payment Community service leave for voluntary community service is granted with pay for the first three days leave in a twelve month period to all employees except casual employees.

  • Regular Rate of Pay The regular rate of pay shall be defined to include the employee's hourly wage rate (including the wage premium in lieu of benefits, if applicable), plus shift differential if the evening or night shift is a permanent assignment, certification pay, and lead pay when the employee has a regular (designated) lead assignment.
