Annual Vacation Year. The vacation year shall be the 12 month period commencing on the 1st of April each year.
Annual Vacation Year. (a) The vacation year for a probationary or regular employee shall be the calendar year (January 1 to December 31). For employees hired prior to September 1, vacation year number one (1) will be the year of hire. Employees hired between September 1 and December 31 must take any vacation leave accrued by December 31 of that year; vacation year number one (1) will then commence January 1 of the following year of hire.
Annual Vacation Year. The vacation year shall be the Employee's anniversary date of employment. At the discretion of the Employer vacation may be granted prior to completion of one year of employment. Requests for vacation shall be submitted in writing to Executive Director. 30 days in advance of the requested dates. The Employer must approve/disapprove within one (1) week of the request.
