The scope of this Agreement is understood to cover all phases of motion picture production, screen-based productions, filmed, electronically and digitally recorded, for theatrical feature release, television release, television series productions, DVD and tape release and all internet and new media productions. The Agreement shall apply to and be binding upon PPW Engineering Pty Ltd, the Union and Employees of PPW Engineering Pty Ltd engaged in work for which classifications contained in this Agreement for the construction of the Dalby Ethanol Project. The Agreement does not apply to: • Cultural heritage • Management and supervisory personnel; • Transportation or deliveries of material and or equipment to and from site; • Persons installing public utilities services e.g.: telecommunications, electricity, gas, power, railway, local authorities and services; • Security personnel • Off-site work associated with the Project • Operations • Paramedics, nursing and medical staff • Engineers / technicians / surveyors • Clerical and administration personnel • Any railways or access or public roads to and on the site • The manufacturing off-site or the fabrication of materials or supplies • Warranty repairs and/or maintenance work • Persons undertaking the installation of construction site buildings and related services • Environment personnel • Personnel undertaking any works and/or operations directly for the “Principal Client” (The Client) • Any modification or maintenance work undertaken by contractors and their Employees working directly for the Principal Client
