APPLICATION FOR PARTICIPATION. In order to become a Participant hereunder, each Eligible Employee shall make application to the Employer for participation in the Plan and agree to the terms hereof. Upon the acceptance of any benefits under this Plan, such Employee shall automatically be deemed to have made application and shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the Plan and all amendments hereto.
APPLICATION FOR PARTICIPATION. All applications for participation shall be made on the Application Form which shall be submitted to the Organisers for approval accompanied by a non-refundable/non-transferable deposit for the rental of the Exhibition Space as stated in the Application Form. The Organisers reserve the right to accept or refuse any application without giving any reason. If the Organisers accept an application for participation otherwise than on the Application Form, such acceptance shall nevertheless be upon and subject to these Terms and Conditions and the Exhibitor shall, if required by the Organisers, complete and submit an Application Form. The Exhibitor shall co-operate with the Organisers to provide them with any reasonable information which they require about it. An Exhibitor cancelling or reducing his space reserved shall not receive any refund. Acceptance of any payment made by an Exhibitor does not mean that the application is successful unless and until the booth location has been assigned.
APPLICATION FOR PARTICIPATION. All Participants must complete, sign and return the Contract for Exhibition Participation to the Organisers. By signing the Contract, the Participant accepts these Terms & Conditions. Acceptance of a Participant shall be by countersignature on the Contract by a duly authorised representative of the Organisers. Upon acceptance, the issuance of an Exhibition Participation Confirmation Notice, in response to a submitted Contract, shall create a legally binding Contract between RE and the Participant.
APPLICATION FOR PARTICIPATION. 2.1 An application shall be deemed accepted when such application is confirmed by the Organizer and the terms and conditions herein and on the overleaf hereof shall constitute a fully binding contract between the Exhibitor and the Organizer.
2.2 Any application, once accepted by the Organizer, cannot be cancelled without the consent of the Organizer.
2.3 The Organizer shall at all time have the right to refuse any application without tendering any explanation.
APPLICATION FOR PARTICIPATION. To apply for enrollment through an easement, 30-year contract (acreage owned by Indian Tribes only), or 10-year cost-share agreement, landowners must submit an application for participation in the HFRP during an announced period for such signup.
(1) Landowners who are interested in participation for all HFRP enrollment options must apply by completing Form NRCS-CPA-1200, Conservation Program Application, (Subpart I, Exhibits, Section 511.100).
(2) By filing an application for participation, the applicant consents to an NRCS representative entering the land for purposes of determining land eligibility and for other activities that are necessary or desirable for the NRCS to make offers of enrollment. The applicant is entitled to accompany an NRCS representative on any site visits.
(3) In order to enhance the probability of enrollment in HFRP, an applicant may voluntarily offer to accept a lesser payment than is being offered by NRCS. Such offer and subsequent payments may not be less than 75 percent of the fair market value of the enrolled land during the period the land is subject to the easement less the fair market value of the land encumbered by the easement for permanent easements or easements for the maximum duration allowed under State law. For 30-year easements and 30-year contracts, there is no lower limit that the NRCS can accept for a reduced offer.
APPLICATION FOR PARTICIPATION a. The execution of the Application and its receipt by the Organizer is deemed conclusive evidence of the Exhibitor’s agreement to pay the full fees due from that moment. The Application is non-cancelable by the Exhibitor. The Organizer shall reserve the right to refuse any application or any exhibit that an Exhibitor intends to exhibit at the Exhibition without disclosing to the Exhibitor any reasons therefore.
b. The Exhibitor further acknowledges that the Organizer, having incurred expenses as the result of the contract/application, is not required to refund any of the fees agreed to on the reverse side of this contract and that the Organizer is also entitled to any unpaid amounts that may be owing by the Applicant to the Organizer.
APPLICATION FOR PARTICIPATION. 3.1 All Participants must complete, sign and return the Contract for Exhibition Participation to the Organisers. By signing the Contract, the Participant accepts these Terms & Conditions, which forms the offer for the Participant to contract for Exhibition Participation / Exhibition Space.
APPLICATION FOR PARTICIPATION. All applications for participation shall be made on the prescribed application form. The application form shall be submitted to the Organizer or its representative accompanied by the required payment. The submission of the application form shall deem to be acceptance of the TERMS OF CONTRACT. The Organizer shall reserve the right to accept or refuse any application without reasons thereof.
APPLICATION FOR PARTICIPATION. The Builder hereby applies to participate in the Professional Warranty Service Corporation Program (the "PWSC Program" or "the Program") which is administered by PWSC and represents that all information supplied in connection with its application and contained in its Builder Application and any Supplemental Business Information provided is true and correct as of the effective date of this Agreement.
APPLICATION FOR PARTICIPATION. 2.1 The application shall be submitted to the Organisers accompanied by the required deposit. The submission of the deposit shall be deemed to be confirmation of acceptance of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT.
2.2 While Supporting Members are entitled to be represented at the Industry Equipment Exhibition of the ASSCT by any number of delegates, those delegates should purchase entry tickets to the Conference social functions they wish to attend.
2.3 The Organisers reserve the right to accept or refuse any application without giving any reason.
