Approval of Projects. (1) Co-production films shall require joint approval of the Competent Authorities prior to the commencement of shooting. Approvals shall be in writing and shall specify the conditions upon which it is granted. None of the co-producers shall be linked by common management, ownership or control, save to the extent that it is inherent in the making of the co-production film itself. (2) In considering proposals for the making of a co-production film, the Competent Authorities, acting jointly and with due regard for their respective policies and guidelines, shall apply the rules set out in the Annex to this Agreement.

Approval of Projects.  Participating Contractor shall obtain from customers all required authorizations, including the landlord/property owner’s permission to perform the work, if the customer is a tenant;  Participating Contractor shall obtain customer sign‐offs that work was completed;  Participating Contractor shall comply with all Program requirements for obtaining approval of project scopes of work and determination of eligibility of measures for Program customer incentives, including pre‐approval of project scope of work in order to obtain approval of low‐ interest loans for Participating Contractor’s customers that are subsidized by the Program; and  Any measures submitted for payment of incentives that have not been fully completed, or that have been fully completed but have not received prior approval if required, shall not be accepted by the Program. These measures will be ineligible for any Program benefits and the Participating Contractor shall assume all financial liabilities associated with these measures.
Approval of Projects. X. Xxxx, the County and Sparks hereby approve each and every Project and authorize the RTC to design, survey, engineer, acquire through purchase or eminent domain real property for, and construct, each of the Projects. Approval for any Project for any fiscal year shall be approval for all continued work by or on behalf of the RTC on that Project for any later fiscal year. The RTC may expend money from one or more than one of the Regional Street and Highway Fund (the "Fuel Tax Fund"), the Transportation Sales Tax Fund (the "Sales Tax Fund") or the Regional Road Impact Fee Fund (the "RRIF Fund") on each Project as listed on the column next to the Project on Exhibit A. The cost of each Project is estimated by the RTC as shown on Exhibit A. These costs are only estimates and the RTC may expend additional monies from any one or more of the Fuel Tax Fund, the Sales Tax Fund or the RRIF Fund on each Project as such additional expenditures are reviewed and approved by the RTC Staff and/or the RTC Board of Commissioners pursuant to the RTC's policies and procedures. X. Xxxx, the County and Sparks hereby authorize the RTC to adopt an appropriate resolution of condemnation and initiate and prosecute to judgment such eminent domain proceedings as may be necessary for the acquisition of such property within their respective jurisdictions as the RTC deems necessary for the construction and/or maintenance of any Project and, if prudent, future expansions of each Project identified by the Regional Transportation Plan.
Approval of Projects. In order to draw a Term Loan which is not subject to the Conversion Option, Borrower shall have (i) submitted to Lender a Project Approval Package with respect to such Project in the form of Exhibit A: Project Approval Package at least twenty (20) Business Days prior to the requested Drawdown Date, and (ii) received an approval from Lender for such Project in the form of Exhibit B: Lender Approval Form indicating that such Project qualifies as an Approved Project. Approvals shall be in writing and shall specify the conditions upon which approval is granted. None of the co-producers shall be linked by common management, ownership or control, save to the extent that is inherent in the making of the audio-visual co-production itself. 2. The approval process shall comprise approval upon application and prior to the commencement of shooting, and review upon completion of the audio-visual co-production and prior to distribution. 3. The application for such approval shall comply with the relevant requirements of this Annex, including those set forth in the Appendix. In considering an application, the competent authorities may have due regard to their respective policies and guidelines, to the extent these are consistent with this Annex and the Appendix. 4. The competent authorities of the Parties shall, to the extent possible under domestic laws and regulations, exchange all information concerning the approval, rejection, change or withdrawal of any application for approval of an audio-visual co-production.

Approvals are granted under their respective national laws, shall be in writing and shall specify the conditions upon which the approval is granted. None of the co-producers shall be linked by common management, ownership or control, save to the extent that such links are inherent in the making of the Audiovisual Co-production itself. 3. In considering proposals for the making of an Audiovisual Co-production, both Competent Authorities shall apply the rules and principles set out in this Agreement as well as in its Annex, with due regard for their respective policies and guidelines.
Approval of Projects. For use in evaluating and approving a new project, the JRC will develop a project summary that outlines at a high level the information set forth on Exhibit A with respect to such project. Whether the applicant has submitted all required external audits pursuant to Section VIII (C) below and, if it has, whether such audits demonstrate that the applicant, at the time of application, is in compliance with the requirements of this Agreement.
