Architect Responsibilities. No subcontract relieves the Architect of any responsibilities under this contract.
Architect Responsibilities. The Architect shall coordinate the work product of any subconsultant, separate consultant, or subcontractor and shall remain fully responsible for the professional quality, technical accuracy, and the coordination of all designs, drawings, specifications, and other services furnished by the Architect or its subconsultants, separate consultants, or subcontractors. The Architect shall review or approve designs, drawings, specifications, shop drawings, submittals, or other items produced or furnished by any subconsultant, separate consultant, or subcontractor prior to submittal to the Owner’s Project Representative. The Architect shall correct or revise any errors or deficiencies it sees in documents or services provided pursuant to this Agreement and shall provide the Owner’s Project Representative with corrected documents at the Architect’s sole cost and expense.
Architect Responsibilities. Architect shall be responsible for the manner of performance and completion of its performance of this Agreement. Architect shall perform its obligations required by this Agreement in a manner consistent with applicable professional and technical standards for community planning, and urban design of the nature contemplated by this Agreement and shall ensure that the implementation thereof is also performed in an applicable professional, technical, and xxxxxxx-like manner. Architect shall revise any defect in its performance at no additional cost to City. Upon request by City, Architect must be able to summarize and concisely report pertinent information associated with this Agreement and the performance thereof to City in a timely manner. Architect shall not make any alterations or variations in or additions to, or omissions from, its duties and obligations contemplated by this Agreement without the prior written consent of City. All work product shall be stamped by Architect with the word, “DRAFT,” until approved by City in writing with the word, “FINAL.” Any work product produced by Architect in the performance of this Agreement shall be considered the exclusive property of City. Architect shall not sell, transfer, publish, disclose, or otherwise make said work product available to third parties without City’s prior written consent. Any rights granted to Architect under this Agreement shall not affect City’s exclusive ownership of said work product. City hereby designates the individuals contemplated by Section II.Q. to assist in the administrative management of this Agreement, to ensure that Architect’s duties and obligations hereunder are performed in a timely and adequate manner, and to provide for City approvals as may be required by this Agreement.
Architect Responsibilities. ARCHITECT shall complete the entire work on PROJECT. Such work shall be conducted in a good and workmanlike manner which meets or exceeds industry standards and building code requirements. ARCHITECT shall supply, at ARCHITECT’s sole expense, all equipment, tools, materials, and/or supplies, to accomplish the services to be provided herein. ARCHITECT shall report progress no less than once every two (2) weeks to CITY.
