Area of Cooperation. The area of cooperation includes, subject to mutual consent and appropriate conditions, all academic and research programs offered at either university and proposed by either as desirable, feasible, and contributory to the fostering and development of the cooperative relationship between the two universities.

Area of Cooperation. 2.1. Parties to the Agreement shall cooperate in the field of competition, with the aim of improving and supporting the development of competition in the market of telecommunications in Bosnia and Herzegovina, considering the importance of this market to the overall economy of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
2.2. Parties to the Agreement shall also cooperate in other areas within their field, which are professionally directly or indirectly related to the protection of competition.

Area of Cooperation. Cooperation between the Parties may relate, but is not restricted to the following areas:
a) Participate in a multi-stakeholder platform that can collaborate in partnerships to ensure a food safety standard for fruit and vegetable growers and a mechanism for training and assessments are developed
b) Ensure the interest of consumers are represented in the quality assessment infrastructure including the planned Zambian localgap focussing on safety and phytosanitary regulations
c) Support research activities to assess the sector’s level of compliance or non- compliance with standard food safety requirements as well as supporting research that will address and influence challenges and gaps in the sector’s quality frameworks
d) Assess what is needed to have a vibrant local business environment and local market.
e) Establish civil society cooperation in the areas of trade, economic policies and the environment in Southern Africa and where necessary, continentally
f) Facilitate and collaborate in engagements with high level stakeholders such as COMESA, SADC and AU where necessary
g) Support the formulation of a local standard on Good Agricultural Practices, (GAP), for Zambia and contribute to the localisation of such a standard.
h) Support the popularisation and familiarization of the local GAP standard and support information dissemination activities.
i) Facilitate support engagements with NGOs, consumer organisations, the government and regulatory agencies
Area of Cooperation. La Sabana students that are successfully enrolled at La Sabana in the pursuit of a first degree in Law will be eligible to commence study at UDSL in the online LL.M. program on a conditional admissions basis. For these students in the pursuit of a first degree in Law at La Sabana, UDSL will recognize up to ten (10) credits of selected coursework completed at La Sabana according to the attached Transfer Guide (Appendix A). Per UDSL guidelines, while La Sabana students may begin study for the online LL.M. program at UDSL while studying for the Bachelor of Law, their conditional admission status will only change to full admission status into the LL.M. Program, and the LL.M. degree can only be conferred by UDSL , after their successful completion of their first degree in Law at La Sabana. La Sabana students in pursuit of their degree from any one of the La Sabana Master Degree Programs, and La Sabana alumni (from both the Bachelor of Law and La Sabana Master Degree Programs) are eligible for advanced standing of 10 credits based on their previously-earned first degree in law (as verified by a course credential evaluation provided through the Law School Admission Council or one of the evaluation agencies approved by the California Bar) or enrollment in or successful completion of one of the La Sabana Master Degree Programs. For a limited number of La Sabana students, UDSL will automatically grant a full tuition scholarship in the UDSL X.X. program under its leadership honors program. However, any such student must have the necessary LSAT score (UDSL shall provide related details to candidate students) and La Sabana GPA required for competitive admission into the JD program. In addition, UDSL commits to explore the possibility of expanding the online LL.M. collaboration to include a hybrid model of online and on campus study inclusive of select faculty exchange opportunities.
Area of Cooperation. The Participants having reached the above understanding and declare their intention to:
(i) establish avenues of communication to facilitate the exchange of information about the regulation and conformity assessment of therapeutic products by each Participant, including: policies, practices, standards, laboratory testing, pre-market assessment, post-market vigilance, market compliance, regulation of manufacturers, regulation of clinical trials and requirements for the regulation of therapeutic products; and
(ii) undertake collaborative activities, including, where practical, the exchange of personnel.
Area of Cooperation. The Participants will cooperate in the following areas:
1. development of oil, gas, and coal;
2. development of electricity;
3. development of new and renewable energy as well as energy efficiency and conservation; and
4. any other areas of cooperation as mutually decided by the Participants.
Area of Cooperation. The Parties will cooperate and exchange experiences and information: - on the development and implementation of food safety legislation based on the risk analyses principles; - on organization and implementation of coordination and enforcement of official control procedures on food safety within the production, distribution and consumption process; - on the setting up the food safety legislation in the two countries and, - on other issues of mutual interest.
