ARTICULATION AGREEMENT FOLLOW-UP PROCEDURES. 1. Procedures for reviewing, updating, modifying or terminating agreement: The Academic Director and Department Chair from both programs will review the agreement annually. They will be expected to review student retention, progress to graduation including transitions between prerequisite and follow-on courses, degree completion and GPA. Modification or termination of this agreement requires the approval of both Chief Academic Officers of both institutions. Should the agreement be modified or terminated, CUNY SPS shall honor the terms granted to students who have already transferred into the B.S. in Information Systems.

Procedures for evaluating agreement, i.e., tracking the number of students who transfer under the articulation agreement and their success: The CUNY Institutional Research Database will be used to track all transfer students, including their performance (credit accumulation and GPA) and persistence (retention and graduation).

2. Procedures for evaluating agreement, i.e., tracking the number of students who transfer under the articulation agreement and their success: Each semester St. John’s University will provide BMCC with the following information: a) the number of BMCC students who applied to the program; b) the number of BMCC students who were accepted into the program; c) the number of BMCC students who enrolled; and d) the aggregate GPA of these enrolled students.
3. Sending and receiving college procedures for publicizing agreement, e.g., college catalogs, transfer advisers, Websites, etc.: This articulation agreement will be publicized on the BMCC website, and St. John’s University website. Transfer advisors at BMCC will promote this agreement with eligible students.

Procedures for reviewing, updating, modifying or terminating agreement: When either of the degree programs involved in this agreement undergoes a change, the agreement will be reviewed and revised accordingly by faculty from each institution’s respective departments, selected by their Chairpersons and/or program directors, subject to formal execution by each party. Designee from both institutions will communicate at the beginning of each spring term to discuss recruiting, entrance requirements, and any other concerns that either may have about the affiliation.
2. Procedures for evaluating agreement, i.e., tracking the number of students who transfer under the articulation agreement and their success: Each semester CPS will provide BMCC with the following information: a) the number of BMCC students who applied to the program; b) the number of BMCC students who were accepted into the program; c) the number of BMCC students who enrolled; and d) the aggregate GPA of these enrolled students.
3. Sending and receiving college procedures for publicizing agreement, e.g., college catalogs, transfer advisers, Websites, etc.: This articulation agreement will be publicized on the BMCC website and on Northeastern University College of Professional Studies’ website. Transfer advisors at BMCC will promote this agreement with eligible students.
4. BMCC and CPS shall
a. Designate personnel to design a focused marketing and recruitment plan that includes in- person (at BMCC campuses) events, virtual events, collateral, and relevant communication.
b. Not provide materials or information or make any promotion or other communication about the affiliation relevant to the other party to any person without the prior written consent of the other party in each case.
c. Obtain written approval from the other party in each case prior to using any name or logo of the other party (“Northeastern University,” “College of Professional Studies,” or the “Xxxxxx Institute School” or “Borough of Manhattan Community College”) on any advertising, marketing, promotional or fundraising materials.
5. BMCC shall permit CPS to obtain written verification, if necessary, from BMCC of an applicant’s eligibility for course credit transfer under this Agreement in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.
6. This Agreement shall continue until terminated by either party. Either institution may terminate this Agreement, with or without cause, provided that the terminating institution...

Procedures for reviewing, updating, modifying or terminating this agreement: When either of the programs undergo any changes, this articulation agreement will be reviewed and revised as necessary by departmental representatives selected by their respective Chairpersons, to represent them.
2. Procedures for evaluating agreement (i.e., tracking the number of students who transfer under the articulation agreement and their success): Upon the request of the Kingsborough Community College, each year New York City College of Technology will provide the following information: a) the number of KCC students who enrolled to the program; b) the aggregate GPA of these enrolled students at NYCCT At the end of each semester the various representatives of each institution will review the performance of the transfer students to determine if adjustments to, or termination of the articulation agreement is warranted.
