Common use of Association Leave Days Clause in Contracts

Association Leave Days. Association leave days will be provided to allow members of the MSEA to attend Association business as follows: Non-bargaining years Ten (10) days Bargaining years Fifteen (15) days The cost of the substitute(s), based on the WillSub current daily rate, will be borne by the MSEA, and the Employers Retirement cost. The use of these days requires MSEA President's approval.

The use of these days requires MSEA President's approval.
