Association Use of School Facilities. The Association and its members shall have the right to use school facilities for meetings at such times and at such locations as may be approved by the Superintendent and/or building principal. So long as such use does not interfere with pupil/teacher or other scheduled activities approval will not be unreasonably denied.
Association Use of School Facilities. The teachers shall have the right to use the school facilities for Association membership meetings. Meetings shall be held during non-school hours and notice of meetings will be given to the building principal prior to the meeting. Use of the school building shall not interfere with or interrupt normal school operations or other uses previously committed. When custodial services are required, the Board may make a reasonable charge for this service.
Association Use of School Facilities. A. The Association shall have the right to use school buildings without cost at reasonable times for meetings, provided, however, that the Association will be required to pay for any additional custodial costs involved by reason of said meetings.

A Facilities Request Form must be completed and approved at least five (5) working days prior to the scheduled date of use. If a member of the Association is operating a district approved event that requires a custodian, and the custodian does not respond to a call for assistance, the Association will then inform the Facilities Department and work with them to resolve the problem of being charged for services not received.

All such meetings shall be held outside of the regular teacher workday, except with administration approval. The Association shall have the right to reasonable use of the intra-district mail service, including email, and teacher mailboxes for communication with its members.
