You are responsible for all use of Service, whether by you or another person with or without your permission. You agree not to use the Service, directly or indirectly, for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to violation of copyright laws. You also agree that your use of Service is your sole responsibility and is applicable to all local, state and federal laws and regulations. LUS Fiber or any of its affiliates may prosecute you and other responsible parties under applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations in the event that Services are used unlawfully. You agree to indemnify LUS Fiber from any such charges brought against you or anyone relating to use of the Service under your account.
3.3. If you are not the owner of the premises where LUS Fiber Service is to be provided or delivered, you represent and warrant to LUS Fiber that you are authorized, and have obtained any necessary permission from the owner of the premises:
3.3.1. To enter into this Agreement;
3.3.2. To allow LUS Fiber and/or LUS Fiber’s designated contractors, agents, or representatives to access the premises for any and all purposes related to the installation of Equipment, the initiation or provision of Service, and the termination of Service;
3.3.3. To install and remove LUS Fiber equipment on the premises; and; D. To receive LUS Fiber Services on the premises. You shall indemnify LUS Fiber from any claims of the owner of the premises arising out of the installation of LUS Fiber equipment on the premises, the initiation, provision, or termination of LUS Fiber Services, and any breach by you of the representations and warranties above.
3.4. You shall not alter or deny any security or access controls or restrictions associated with the Service or Equipment. You shall not move Equipment or Service to another location without prior notice to, and prior consent of, LUS Fiber. C. You agree the Service is a consumer grade service and is not designed for or intended to be used for any commercial purpose. You may not resell, re-provision or rent the Service, (either for a fee or without charge) or allow third parties to use the Service. For example, you may not provide Internet access to third parties through the MTA connection, or use the Service to facilitate Internet access to the general public (such as through a Wi-Fi hotspot). You may connect multiple computers/devices within a single home to your modem and/or router to access the Service, but only through a single MTA issued IP address. You also may not exceed the bandwidth usage thresholds that MTA may establish from time to time for the Service, or use the Service to host any type of server. Violation of this section may result in bandwidth restrictions on your Service or suspension or termination of your Service.
D. The MTA Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of MTA Internet Services and is are posted at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx(or an alternative website if we so notify you). You agree your use of the Serivce is conditioned upon adherence to the AUP and you agree to comply with its terms and conditions. You further agree MTA may modify the AUP or other policies from time to time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE TERMS OF THE AUP MAY BE REVISED FROM TIME TO TIME WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE BY POSTING A NEW VERSION OF THE AUP OR POLICY AS SET FORTH ABOVE.

4.3. The User shall be responsible for the security of the consumer premises equipment and other devices issued by STORM (“ONT”). All usages of the ONT and of the Service shall be conclusively presumed made by and/or authorized by the User, who shall be liable for all charges arising from said use.
4.4. Customer will be charged a fixed fee against the ONT for 12 months, after which fee will be waived off.
4.5. Ownership of ONT shall remain with STORM and User shall hold it in trust for and in behalf of STORM and shall shoulder the repair or replacement costs thereof for the period of 12 months.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations and rules regarding your use of the Service and to only use the Service within the United States (unless otherwise permitted by this Agreement).
c. The Service is a consumer grade service and is not designed for or intended to be used for any commercial purpose. Absent express written authorization from Buckeye, you may not resell, re‐provision, or rent the Service (either for a fee or without charge), or allow third‐parties to use the Service via wired, wireless or other means. For example, you may not provide Internet access to third parties through a wired or wireless connection or use the Service to facilitate public Internet access (such as through a Wi‐Fi hotspot); use it to generate or distribute automatic mailings, mass‐mailings, or “SPAM”; or engage in similar activities that constitute such use (whether commercial or non‐commercial). You may connect multiple computers/devices within a single home to your modem and/or router to access the Service, but only through a single Buckeye‐ issued IP address. You also may not use the Service to host any type of server, and exceeding the data allowances provided for in your Service plan may lead to additional charges or suspension of service. Violation of this section may result in additional fees, or the suspension or termination of your Service. b. You agree to use the Service only for your private use and viewing enjoyment. The Service is a consumer grade service; is not designed for commercial purpose; and shall not be used for any commercial purpose unless you have specifically subscribed to and agreed to pay for it as a commercial service. In the event that the Service is used for an unlawful purpose, you will be held liable for such use, and Buckeye or any Programming provider may pursue civil and/or criminal legal actions against you and other responsible parties under applicable federal, state and local laws. Prior to accessing certain of our Services, you may be required to provide certain personal information determined by us as necessary to create an Account. To become an Authorized User, you must first register with us for an Account. You will be required to create login credentials, comprised of a user name and password (“Login Credentials”) designed to enable access and use your Account. You are responsible for any and all actions, omissions, or other activities related to your Account, including any Authorized Users you permit to be linked to your Account (if any, and only to the extent, permitted by us). The person in whose name any Account is used for access to our Services, and whose payment method is charged, if any, is referred to as the “Primary Account Holder.” As the Primary Account Holder you may have access to and control over your Account.
