Service Location The services shall be performed at all contracting and participating facilities of the Contractor.
Acceptable Use Policy In connection with Supplier’s use of the Headset Solution, Supplier agrees that it will not: (a) Make Available any Supplier Data that, in Headset’s sole discretion, (i) is unlawful, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; (ii) violates, or encourages any conduct that would violate, any applicable law or regulation or would give rise to civil liability; (iii) promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment or harm against any individual or group; (iv) is violent or threatening, or promotes violence or actions that are threatening to any other person; or (v) promotes illegal or harmful activities; (b) harm minors in any way; (c) impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, Headset personnel, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; (d) Make Available any Supplier Data that you do not have a right to Make Available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under non-disclosure agreements); (e) Make Available any Supplier Data that infringes the rights of any person or entity, including without limitation, any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, privacy, publicity or other proprietary or contractual rights; (f) intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation, or any order of a court; (g) harass any person; or (h) advocate, encourage or assist any third party in doing any of the foregoing activities in this section.
Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.
