Automobile and Other Expenses. During the term of this Agreement, Employer shall lease and allow Employee use of, one (1) new-condition Chevy Volt automobile (the “Car”). Employee shall be solely responsible for all fuel, maintenance and other similar charges associated with the Employee’s personal non-business use of the Car. Employee shall obtain and constantly maintain in good standing, at Employer’s expense, a comprehensive automobile liability policy in a form reasonably acceptable to Employer (the “Policy”). Employee shall cause the insurance provider of the Policy to list Employer as an additional insured and Employee shall provide Employer with a certificate evidencing the Policy. Any damage or liability caused or associated with Employee’s use of the Car shall be the sole responsibility of Employee. At the conclusion of the term of this Agreement or the expiration of the lease of the Car, whichever occurs first, Employee shall promptly return the Car to Employer in good condition, normal wear and tear excepted. Employee shall be reimbursed for other expenses incurred in connection with Employer’s business in accordance with Employer’s expense reimbursement policy for senior executives.
Automobile and Other Expenses. In accordance with Company policy as established from time to time, the Company will provide the Executive with an automobile of a type mutually agreed upon and the Company will pay, or reimburse him for, all business related operating expenses of such automobile (including, without limitation, insurance, service, repairs, gasoline and oil). The Company will also reimburse the Executive for his ordinary and customary business expenses incurred in the performance of his duties hereunder.
Automobile and Other Expenses. The Company will pay to Executive no less than $700 per month (adjusted annually for inflation, as determined by the Company's Board of Directors) during the Term as reimbursement for business-related operating expenses for an automobile to be used by Executive, including without limitation automobile lease payments, insurance, service and repairs in the ordinary course. In addition, the Company shall pay or reimburse Executive for all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by him in the performance of his duties under this Agreement, subject to the presentment and approval of appropriate itemized expense statements, receipts, vouchers or other supporting documentation in accordance with the Company's normal policies.
Automobile and Other Expenses. During the term of this Agreement, Employer shall furnish Employee with the use of an automobile of a make and model mutually agreeable to Employer and Employee. In the alternative, Employer may provide Employee with an auto allowance of $700.00 per month, with annual increases in such payment to be determined by the Board of Directors of Employer or the Committee to reflect increases in the cost of living or fuel costs. Employee shall be reimbursed for other expenses incurred in connection with Employer’s business in accordance with Employer’s expense reimbursement policy for senior executives.
Automobile and Other Expenses. The Company will pay to Executive $1,200 per month during the Term as reimbursement for operating expenses and for the payment of the Executive's automobile and insurance in the ordinary course. Employer will also pay the deductible and any other repairs and maintenance expenses. During the term, the Employer will provide a cell phone, laptop computer and other reasonable communication device for the Executive and reimburse the Employee for the monthly expenses relating to cell phone service, laptop and other reasonable communication device. In addition, the Company shall provide Employee with a corporate AMEX card and gas card and the Employer will pay directly for Executive or reimburse Executive for all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by her in the performance of her duties under this Agreement, subject to the presentment and approval of appropriate itemized expense statements, receipts, vouchers or other supporting documentation in accordance with the Employer's normal policies.
Automobile and Other Expenses. During the term of employment of this Agreement, Employer shall provide Employee with an auto allowance of $1,000 per month, with annual increases in such payment to be determined by the Board of Directors of Bancorp or the Committee to reflect increases in the cost of living or fuel costs and shall reimburse Employee for business related use of his personal automobile in excess of 800 miles per month in accordance with the Employer’s expense reimbursement policy. Employee shall be reimbursed for other expenses incurred in connection with Employer’s business in accordance with Employer’s expense reimbursement policy for senior executives. Employer shall reimburse Employee for the monthly cost of maintaining membership in the Xxxxxxxx Club.
Automobile and Other Expenses. The Company will provide the Executive with an automobile of the type currently provided to him and the Company will pay, or reimburse him for, all business related operating expenses of such automobile without limitation, insurance, service, repairs, gasoline and oil). The Company will also reimburse the Executive for:
(1) his ordinary and customary business expenses incurred in the performance of his duties hereunder, (ii) a comprehensive annual physical examination by a physician of his choice and (iii) tax planning and financial counselling by professionals of his choice up to an annual limitation of $10,000.

During the term of this Agreement, Employer may: (i) elect to furnish Employee with the use of an automobile of a make and model mutually agreeable to Employer and Employee; (ii) provide Employee with an auto allowance of $600.00 per month, with annual increases in such payment to be determined by the Boards of Directors of Employer or the Committees to reflect increases in the cost of living or fuel costs; or (iii) reimburse Employee for business related use of his personal automobile is accordance with the Employer’s expense policies. Employee shall be reimbursed for other expenses incurred in connection with Employer’s business in accordance with Employer’s expense reimbursement policy for senior executives.
Automobile and Other Expenses. 1401 The Employer shall provide the Labour Relations Officer with parking.
1402 a) If an employee is required to use her/his personal motor vehicle to travel locally on the employer's behalf; she/he shall be paid the Automobile Allowance Rate set by the Canada Revenue Agency. This will be paid upon submission of an expense form which will include details of the trip(s) being claimed, plus any parking expenses incurred while on the trip.
b) Upon submission of expense reports as per the Employer's current policy, the Employer shall pay all authorized expenses incurred by employees in the service of the Employer when accompanied by receipts. 1403 The Employer shall supply, maintain and bear all reasonable costs associated with a cell phone for the Labour Relations Officer.

Employer shall pay the reasonable costs of Employee’s relocation, including relocation from Employee’s primary family residence location as well as his secondary work residence location, to the Los Angeles-Orange County metropolitan area, including costs for moving and temporary storage of household goods, and expenses for required travel between those locations and covering up to 30 days of temporary living arrangements necessary to facilitate Employee’s relocation.
