Backhaul. The Service Provider must provide their own backhaul facilities to connect their network directly at each Point of Handover (PoH). All traffic from SES End Users within the PoH area is handed over at the POH, and the Service Provider is responsible for the transport of that traffic from the POH to their own core network. Service Providers can choose any method of backhaul from any provider, including self-supply.
Backhaul. Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause the Acceptance Date for the Backhaul IRU to occur on the earlier of: (a) September 30, 2001; or (b) the date on which the China-US cable is operational and the Backhaul has been accepted in accordance with Section 4.2.1 (the “Backhaul Acceptance Date”).
Backhaul. A precondition in JT CoMP is the exchange of CSI between collaborating network nodes, which are cooperating eNBs or a central unit (CU). The nodes are connected via a gateway to the core network. Based on CSI and user data of all cooperatively served UEs, spatial signal processing (SSP) is performed by precoding the data signals in order to avoid interference, as described in the previous section. Based on the locality of the SSP, centralized and distributed setups can be distinguished, as shown at the left and at the right of Figure 5.13

Backhaul. It must include the analysis of the budgets of the links that make up the BACKHAUL in order to comply with the characteristics of the means of transport indicated in section 9.2.2.3 of the TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS.
Backhaul. Section VH(h) is deleted and replaced with the following: In accordance with the provisions set forth below, TFM and Supplier will share all backhaul revenue earned by Supplier on all backhaul opportunities for vendors who supply TFM and whose backhaul is carried on trucks supplying TFM Stores (hereinafter referred to as “TFM Backhaul Vendors”). TFM will receive [***] of all net (after deduction for Supplier expenses) backhaul revenue earned from backhaul opportunities with TFM Backhaul Vendors (“TFM’s Backhaul Share”); provided however, during each calendar year, once gross backhaul revenue from TFM Backhaul Vendors reaches [***], TFM’s Backhaul Share will be increased to [***] of all net backhaul revenue earned from TFM Backhaul Vendors tor the remainder of such calendar year. TFM will receive TFM’s Backhaul Share as a weekly credit on its Retailer Statement (except that any of TFM’s Backhaul Share remaining at the end of the Term will be paid to TFM), Supplier and TFM will conduct weekly meetings to identify and review all backhaul opportunities with TFM Backhaul Vendors in order to ensure backhaul revenue with TFM Backhaul Vendors is maximized. Within [***] days following the end of each calendar year, Supplier will provide TFM with a detailed report on backhaul revenue from TFM Backhaul Vendors for such calendar year which report will include (i) total backhaul revenue paid to TFM for such calendar year, (ii) Supplier’s gains or losses for such calendar year with respect to backhaul revenue related to TFM Backhaul Vendors, and (iii) Supplier’s margin on unloading and freight claims detail. Any of gains or losses for such calendar year related to TFM Backhaul Vendors will he shared equally by the parties.
Backhaul. Supplier agrees to give TFM priority over other providers/carriers on backhaul opportunities for TFM vendors which are not currently handled in Supplier’s distribution centers. TFM’s priority is subject to TFM charging competitive rates for backhaul. Based on the competitiveness of TFM rates, backhaul opportunities for the entire Supplier network shall be made available to TFM. Supplier recognizes TFM has historically earned backhaul revenue of approximately [***] on an annual basis (“TFM Backhaul Revenue”). Supplier will use [***] to provide TFM the opportunity to earn backhaul revenue at or in excess of these historic levels. For purposes of any backhaul opportunities, once TFM achieves the earned TFM Backhaul Revenue on an annual basis, Supplier shall pay no less than [***] of any additional new backhaul allowance for such annual period received from the manufacturer to TFM.
Backhaul describe general aspects of the links comprising it, clarifying whether it is supported by its own infrastructure, third-party infrastructure or whether the service will be leased to a broadband transport operator or a satellite services operator.
Backhaul. (a) The Borrower shall not, and shall not permit -------- any Subsidiary to, make any cash expenditures in respect of Backhaul Capacity other than from (x) funds available for such purpose from the Capital Budget, (y) the Backhaul Account, the U.K. Backhaul Account or the U.S. Backhaul Account and (z) Permitted Sources.
Backhaul. A backhaul plan providing capacity purchasers with -------- interconnection facilities to other cable systems and major cities at market based rates will be developed, and the Shareholders will actively assist in implementing such plan. The backhaul plan will also provide that the Company or its Subsidiaries will enter into Backhaul Purchase Agreements with providers of backhaul capacity, some of which may be Affiliates or Related Parties to the Shareholders (including Global Access Limited), in order to acquire backhaul capacity for resale to customers. The backhaul plan will allow for co-location by capacity purchasers.
