Bargaining Unit Vacancy. If it is determined to fill a bargaining unit vacancy through an outside posting, any bargaining unit employee who meets the minimum qualifications and applies shall be allowed to compete in the hiring process and shall remain in the pool of applicants through the initial interview.

  • SINGLE BARGAINING UNIT The parties to this Agreement, along with all those employees whose employment is governed by this Agreement, constitute a single bargaining unit for the purposes of negotiating and implementing the terms of this Agreement. The form and operation of this single bargaining unit will be subject to this Agreement.
