Personnel Transactions. The Employer agrees to advise the Union in writing or electronically monthly of new hires, terminations, or change in status or regular rates of pay of bargaining unit employees.
Personnel Transactions. The Board will provide the Union each quarter with a report regarding any changes in a Bargaining Unit Employee’s hours of work, rate of pay, work location, leaves, return from leaves and terminations.
