Base Access. Access to the base is restricted to contractors sponsored by base personnel. A contractor badge will be issued to The Subcontractor employees that qualify for access to the base for the duration of the contract work. The Subcontractor is responsible for ensuring The Subcontractor employees meet the requirements for obtaining a contractor badge. The Subcontractor shall minimize movement on and off the base.
Base Access. Any new Contractor, vendor, or supplier requesting base access will be required to obtain a Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) credential. 1.14.1 DBIDS increases installation security and communications by receiving frequent database updates on changes to personnel/credential status, law enforcement warrants, lost/stolen cards, and Force Protection Conditions (FPCONs). The system provides a continuous vetting anytime the DBIDS card is scanned at an installation entry point. 1.14.2 The following is required to get a DBIDS credential: 1.14.2.1 Present a completed JB2 0-180 Form from the government sponsoring organization that provides the purpose for your access. 1.14.2.2 Present valid identification, such as a passport or Real ID Act-compliant state driver's license. The Visitor Control Center (VCC) will pull up your information in the computer, ensuring all information is current and correct. 1.14.2.3 Present a completed SECNAV 5512/1 form to obtain your background check. 1.14.2.4 Upon completion of the background check, the VCC representative will complete the DBIDS enrollment process, which includes your photo, fingerprints, base restrictions, and several other assessments; after all this is done, you will be provided with your new DBIDS credential. Base Access. Contractor shall coordinate with the Contract Officer to gain access to areas of the installation involving in this project. Contractor shall follow all Base rules and regulations regarding entry and access to Base. Contractor shall have in possession all applicable identification documents prior to arrival. Contractor is encouraged to perform background checks on personnel before submission to the Government; the Government is not responsible for consequences of contractor personnel failing to pass Base security criteria. Contractor is responsible to obtain, monitor, and renovate security badges used by its own staff and Subcontractors during the duration of this contract.
Base Access. The contractor shall comply with all applicable Xxxxxxx AFB or facility access along with local security policies and procedures, which may be obtained from the COR or other Government contact. The contractor and all associated subcontractor employees shall provide all information required for background checks to meet installation access requirements to be accomplished by installation Security Forces. The contractor shall ensure compliance with all personal identity verification requirements as directed by Department of Defense (DoD), Headquarters Department of the Air Force, and local policy. Should the Force Protection Condition (FPCON) change, the Government may require changes in contractor security matters or processes. The installation Commander has the right to deny access and access credentials based on information obtained during identity vetting that indicates the individual may present a threat to the good order, discipline, and morale of the installation.   • EU Access SAP will use only European Subprocessors to provide support requiring access to Personal Data in the Cloud Service and SAP shall not export Personal Data outside of the EEA or Switzerland unless expressly authorized by Customer in writing (e-mail permitted) on a case by case basis; or as excluded under Section 9.4.

  • ICANN Access Registry Operator shall provide bulk access to the zone files for the TLD to ICANN or its designee on a continuous basis in the manner ICANN may reasonably specify from time to time. Access will be provided at least daily. Zone files will include SRS data committed as close as possible to 00:00:00 UTC.

  • WORK ACCESS The Association shall provide a current, written list of its Association Representatives to all heads of departments, offices, or bureaus represented herein and the CAO. The Association shall be responsible for keeping the list current. An Association Representative shall have access to department, office, or bureau facilities where Unit members are employed during regular working hours to assist employees covered under this MOU in addressing grievances when such Association assistance is requested by a grievant(s) or to investigate matters arising out of the application of the provisions of this MOU. The Association Representative shall request authorization for such visits by contacting the designated Management representative of the head of the office, department, or bureau. In the event immediate access cannot be authorized, the designated Management representative shall inform the Association Representative as to the earliest time when access can be granted. This Article shall not be construed as a limitation on the power of the head of a department, office, or bureau to restrict access to areas designated for security or confidential purposes.

  • User Access Transfer Agent shall have a process to promptly disable access to Fund Data by any Transfer Agent personnel who no longer requires such access. Transfer Agent will also promptly remove access of Fund personnel upon receipt of notification from Fund.

  • System Access CUSTOMER agrees to provide to PROVIDER, at CUSTOMER’S expense, necessary access to the mainframe computer and related information technology systems (the “System”) on which CUSTOMER data is processed during the times (the “Service Hours”) specified in the PSAs, subject to reasonable downtime for utility outages, maintenance, performance difficulties and the like. In the event of a change in the Service Hours, CUSTOMER will provide PROVIDER with at least fifteen (15) calendar days written notice of such change.

  • Market Access 1. With respect to market access through the modes of supply identified in the "trade in services" definition of Article 104 (Definitions), each Party shall accord to services and service suppliers of the other Party treatment no less favourable than that provided for under the terms, limitations and conditions agreed and specified in its Schedule (7). 2. In sectors where market access commitments are undertaken, the measures which a Party shall not maintain or adopt either on the basis of a regional subdivision or on the basis of its entire territory, unless otherwise specified in its Schedule, are defined as: (a) limitations on the number of service suppliers whether in the form of numerical quotas, monopolies, exclusive service suppliers or the requirements of an economic needs test; (b) limitations on the total value of service transactions or assets in the form of numerical quotas or the requirement of an economic needs test; (c) limitations on the total number of service operations or on the total quantity of service output expressed in terms of designated numerical units in the form of quotas or the requirement of an economic needs test; (8) (d) limitations on the total number of natural persons that may be employed in a particular service sector or that a service supplier may employ and who are necessary for, and directly related to, the supply of a specific service in the form of numerical quotas or the requirement of an economic needs test; (e) measures which restrict or require specific types of legal entity or joint venture through which a service supplier may supply a service; or (f) limitations on the participation of foreign capital in terms of maximum percentage limit on foreign shareholding or the total value of individual or aggregate foreign investment.

  • Data Access Access to Contract and State Data The Contractor shall provide to the Client Agency access to any data, as defined in Conn. Gen Stat. Sec. 4e-1, concerning the Contract and the Client Agency that are in the possession or control of the Contractor upon demand and shall provide the data to the Client Agency in a format prescribed by the Client Agency and the State Auditors of Public Accounts at no additional cost.

  • Full Access The Seller will permit representatives of the Buyer to have full access at all reasonable times, and in a manner so as not to interfere with the normal business operations of the Seller to the Property and to obtain copies of all books, records, contracts, and documents of or pertaining to the Property.

  • Site Access Dell requires the right to access the APEX System in a timely way and as provided in the Service Offering Description to provide the Support Services. Failure to ensure that Customer provides Dell with timely access to a Site will relieve Dell of the Support Services obligations and Dell may also, at Dell’s discretion, suspend the APEX Service.
