If the person has not been hired, include a position description and/or a letter of commitment with a current biographical sketch from the individual.  Include job descriptions for key personnel.   • (b) - Job Descriptions A copy of the current job description for a bargaining unit position shall be made available to the Union upon request. When a new classification which is covered by terms of this collective agreement is created, a copy of the job description shall be forwarded to the Union at the time that the Hospital notifies the local Union of the rate of pay pursuant to article 20.01(a) above.
